Stole money on a “failed order” refused a refund.
Had a few failed attempts at a purchase due to errors with the website, got in contact over the phone with a supervisor at skytech gaming and he put sent me a separate link to pay through PayPal which I did. Then I check my bank account and one of the failed orders took money from my account and I spent a week calling and emailing back and forth between skytech gaming and my bank about a refund and skytech kept telling me and my bank that they don’t owe me a refund because they never received the money that is shown on my bank statement as sent to skytech gaming and the supervisor at skytech just keeps telling me to dispute the charge from the failed order through my bank so it seems to me like someone there is scamming people into a double payment and having them get the money back through their bank dispute so they can double their money.

PC runs great
PC runs great. My only complaint is their installing Signal RGB and all its issues. The pulsing in static state give me a headache.

I had a great experience with customer support. I was dealing with some issues with my computer, and the first agent who helped me, Stephen, spent a few hours assisting me. Although we weren’t able to resolve the issue that day, he provided clear instructions for me to follow so we could continue troubleshooting.When I called back, Ed followed up and worked with me until the issue was fully resolved.Both of them did an excellent job and were professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire process. I’m very satisfied with the support I received. Thank you!
