I moved to Luminar Neo after Adobe raised its prices I don't regret at all. I can edit my photos easy or make some more serious edits using AI tools if it's needed. I have a problem, technical support also works fine. I like it and can recommend it.

Skylum have offered terrific support for an excellent product. They've also shown that they have an extremely strong customer-focus. Luminar Neo is also very easy to use, and the developments and additions that Skylum make to it are always important, useful, and useable. All software is designed to be used - and some will find some software easier to use than others - but I found that LN was astonishingly easy to find thie tools I wanted and use them. In an AI-obsessed world Skylum is applying logic to its application in LN and they must be congratulated for that. And then there's the price... By any measure it's a bargain for beginners and experienced users alike.

I had issues with Spaces (uploading of pictures failed) as well as the Mobile App (pictures would not show for upload).Customer support was very helpful and we finally identified the culprit, a corrupted catalogue. After complete re-installation (with wiping of all data such as the catalogue file), all become fully functional.Being a beginner in Photo Editing, I appreciate very much the many tools geared for beginners and the availability of a 28h full video Tutorial!!Still on my wishlist: An ingest function similar to Excire as to take care of my 20 years of unsorted digital photography...

I have been using Luminar products for some time now, from the very introduction of some of them. Whenever I think I have a problem, I know I can turn to Support for a quick fix. I am no longer a young man, but the staff is very patient in helping me in whatever I need. My latest problem with a new update was cleared up in seconds. I couldn't remember if I had paid for it. Turns out that my membership level included the update without any further charge. I really appreciate all the help.

As a new user, I was confused how to go about taking advantage of some benefits of my X Membership. The response from the help desk was fast and on target. Two sentences and two screen shots cleared it all up with in 20 minutes of sending my message. Fast, effective, efficient. It's not often I hit the trifecta.

I had a problem with the Adobe Lightroom plug-in for Luminar Neo. This is a product of Skylum. After reporting the problem to the company's customer service, I received excellent assistance. Several options were suggested to resolve the issue, and this was ultimately successful. Everything was resolved quickly and very well.

I have courteous interactions with the support personnel. I appreciate the follow up when I did not respond right away. I have gotten a working resolution promptly once I sent the information that they requested.

I fell in love with the Luminar Neo app the first time I used it. So beginner-friendly with such professional results. But for some reason, I am having to upgrade one thing or another in my Windows, which is a bit of an inconvenience for someone who is not very good at tech. Otherwise, it's perfect. The customer support is good. I always get an immediate response and detailed instructions to solve my issues.
