Horrible Customer Service
If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered an instax camera, and it was delivered outside of my door in an unsafe place. I contacted regarding this, and their replies were already shocking, and after retrieving the crime reference number requested, I was literally ghosted since the 19th March 2026, for something I ordered on the 10th March 2026. I want my money back...

Ordered my little girl a jumper as part of her birthday and was unsure if it was going to be here on time contacted the support and was a girl poppie that was handling my order and the effort put in was amazing within 2 days the jumper was here cannot fault them atall

Disappointing
I ordered two phone cases and my auto filter information incorrectly put the wrong address and I only noticed this after I placed the order and I’m aware it was a bank holiday weekend but on Tuesday I waited all day and no one got in contact with me given the situation and now the delivery company has my parcel and I tried to get it delivered to the right place so skinnydip really need to allow customers to change delivery information as this can be avoided in the future as this kind of thing happens all the time like other companies. I am aware of my error, but this was a disappointing experience for me by skinnydip especially as I’ve been a loyal customer for eight years now but I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from them again.

I really enjoyed my overall experience…
I really enjoyed my overall experience shopping at Skinnydip. They have a great selection of items that aren’t available where I live! I’m from Canada. I needed some help with my order after I submitted my order and Lottie was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend shopping here for their wide selection of items and as well as their top notch service!

The worst service avoid at all costs…
The worst service avoid at all costs ordered jumpers to take to Disney 2 weeks in Advance no dispatch no refund and no customer service appalling service!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I sent something back over 2 weeks ago, no acknowledgment, no processing and when you contact customer service via all means - not one reply. Would totally avoid here in future!

My partner ordered new PJ’s for…
My partner ordered new PJ’s for Christmas. The material was so nice, but unfortunately my partner bought my pre-pregnancy size. He went to go exchange them and they said that they would send an exchange, but they don’t usually do it, but they would do it. We had to chase MANY times, we finally received a refund. Instead of what initially was said.They gave me a 20% off code, but the PJ’s had gone on sale. So that didn’t work. I then got sent another one which also didn’t work. I have tried to get back to them about this but didn’t receive anything.At this point, I feel very disheartened about the customer service we’ve received. I would say only order if you know it’s going to fit.

Received AirPod case that unfortunately didn’t fit (order 2440050) reached out to customer service and Poppie was so helpful! I’ve ordered from Skinnydip and their products are such good quality, I will definitely shop again!
