I really enjoyed my subscription on skillshare. To be honest I can compare it to other learning platforms and I would say skillshare actually is more Hands-On and they pay attention and implement their lessons and strategies and projects that you can learn from. Some classes seem simple but you always get something out of it. And then as you keep learning you start entering the harder things and that's when you realize you're so glad you learned absolutely everything you could before entering into the hard things. If that makes sense. But overall great experience

Great course selection; you have everything you need to learn. You only need a small amount of discipline because there are numerous high-quality courses available; all you need is a commitment to learning what you want.

My experience with Skillshare its really great. I enjoy the quality and diversity of the classes and Teachers. I have been learning allot of new skills and having fun in my own pace.

My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating and has raised serious concerns about how they operate. I was unexpectedly charged for a yearly subscription that I have no recollection of agreeing to, and when I queried it, a refund was immediately ruled out.There was no clear or timely communication at any stage - no sign-up confirmation and no advance notice of any renewal, despite claims otherwise. The only message I received was after the payment had already gone through, which is unacceptable.Dealing with customer support didn’t improve matters. Responses felt scripted and unhelpful, with no real attempt to resolve the issue. Overall, it feels like their processes are set up in a way that benefits them while leaving customers stuck paying for something they didn’t knowingly sign up for.

I can tell Skillshare takes customer support seriously! They did a fantastic job helping me clear up the fact I had two different accounts set up and was getting charged double per year! They made it right and helped me delete the unused account. I am thankful for how responsive they were in this situation.
