I just recently received my Sketchers slip in sandals. They are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I own. I am flat footed and these shoes support my feet like no other. They help me walk better as well. I highly recommend them.

I give Skechers a great rating besides all I have experienced in 12 1/2 years buying their amazing shoes. They have the best quality shoes and the most comfortable too. I don’t ever plan to go anywhere else for my sneakers, sandals or other fancy shoes. I just love them. When we lived in San Diego CA a few years ago, I had a terrible time ordering my size sneakers and received the wrong size twice. It caused me such issues with the store near me and I decided I can only buy sneakers in person. So I always have to wait to get to the mall. Otherwise, I love these shoes all the time. I feel like I am walking on air.

I went to return an online order. The young woman working there came from the back and ignored that I was at the sales desk. I went to find assistance and a very nice young man said that he would get someone who could do a return if I wouldn’t like to exchange the shoes.The young woman came to the sales desk and never once spoke to me until she asked for the credit card used because returns had to go back on the original payment. I explained I didn’t have the card with me due to a fraudulent charge and was awaiting my new card. She emphasized that she couldn’t do the return then. I looked at her and said I was a loyalty customer and online it was saved. She just repeated rudely that the return could not be done. I looked at her and just used a different card for the return. I asked her name.Her name is Daisha and after 30 years of working in retail I would fire her immediately. A very uncaring, rude and I’m guessing unproductive worker is representing your store In Castleton Indianapolis IN.I have bought Skechers shoes for over 25 years. Not any more.Teresa

l visited colchester shop march 2nd this year to see what wide fit shoes were available.l was served by Sally who was helpful and patient without being pushy.Sally found 3 styles and advised the size suitable for me.never having considered sketchers as l needed to wear orthotics l have been surprised at how comfortable they are and easy to put on.Not having laces to do up was a bonus as my laces usually come undone!

I had bought a pair of white sneakers which got dirt stained on the first wearing . I washed them according to the sketcher protocol and it didn't help at all. I was foolish enough to get another white pair with the assurance that their protective spray that I purchased with the shoes, would keep them stain free. WRONG.

WARNING - VERY POOR QUALITY SHOES: I have been purchasing Sketcher shoes for about 5 years now and I will never purchase another shoe from them. I must have bought over 20 pairs of Sketcher shoes and while they look good when first purchased, after short use the shoes break-down and the memory foam insoles are the worst because they degrade quickly and become a gel mess on you socks or feet.Too many other great shoes out there to keep buying this junk. What ever happened to Thom Mcan shoes? Now those were shoes that lasted !!!!

Had Skechers for so many years. They started as good quality but in the past 5 years or so, have gone drastically downhill. The last pair I’ve bought have latest a few months only and the heel has worn away and the sole has a hole in it like my last pair causing blisters. I am now adamant I will no longer wear Skechers. As many other companies, quality is no longer a priority and items are made more cheaply to the suffering of the consumer. Just stop buying them!

I bought shoes with a factory defect, which caused a cut on my toe. After I asked to return them, they refused. Waste of money. I will never buy anything from this brand again.

Comfortable shoes but the lining is such poor quality. A few wears and the lining begins to tear. Clarkes are much longer lasting and better made.

This was a I had sent on February 4, 2026 and never received a reply.Dear Mr. Greenberg,I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning customer service experience I had at a Skechers retailstore on February 1, 2026, at approximately 2:00 PM.I entered the store intending to purchase a new pair of shoes. At the time, there were approximatelythree other customers in the store, yet none of us were being assisted. Behind the counter were fouremployees — two male and two female — who were standing together, smiling, and engaging inconversation, seemingly unaware or unconcerned that customers were waiting for help.After waiting a few minutes, I approached the counter and asked if I could receive assistance withselecting shoes. The employees paused, exchanged looks, and then one male employee approached me.His demeanor was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and he appeared more interested in ending theinteraction quickly than helping.I explained that I was looking for extra-wide slip-on shoes and asked if my feet could be measured. Hepointed briefly at a section of shoes but did not offer proper assistance. When I requested a footmeasurement, he grabbed an incorrect measuring device, acknowledged it was too small, then retrievedthe correct one — yet never actually assisted in measuring my feet.When I asked for his name, he responded with “Jim” or “James,” then stated he needed to help anothercustomer and walked away. I later observed him back behind the counter joking with coworkers ratherthan assisting anyone. When I reminded him that he had said he was going to help another customer, hisresponse was dismissive and showed no sense of accountability.At that point, I left the store without making a purchase.This experience reflected a serious lack of professionalism, customer engagement, and basic retailstandards. Employees appeared more focused on socializing than assisting customers, and there was nosense of urgency, courtesy, or pride in service. Given Skechers’ reputation and brand presence, this wasboth disappointing and surprising.I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken seriously and used to reinforce customerservice expectations, employee accountability, and management oversight at the store level. Customersshould never feel ignored or unwelcome when they enter a Skechers store prepared to make a purchase.Thank you for your time and attention.Sincerely,Anthony Calleja
