About cycling clothing and accessories.I bought sunglasses — the coating came off in the rain.I bought a jersey — it’s too long and bunches up.I bought shorts — the chamois is huge and sewn too far back, near the tailbone; where it’s actually needed, there’s none at all. The fabric is see-through around the buttocks.The items fit poorly despite being the right size. I’ve only seen worse quality from cheap AliExpress products.I have an athletic build and over 20 years of cycling experience. I will never buy anything from Siroko again.

I’ve purchased Siroco cycling and gym clothes in the past and the quality was always very good. Unfortunately, this time the gym wear was extremely disappointing. The material was very low quality and completely see-through. The clothes also smelled strongly of perfume, which made it seem like they had been previously returned.I had to pay for the return myself, even though the issue was not my fault, and customer service refused to cover the return costs. On top of that, the refund was delayed for more than 1.5 months — which is far from standard practice. I had to chase them repeatedly, and only when I asked to file a formal complaint was the refund processed immediately.Very poor customer service and a significant drop in quality. It’s a real shame for the brand.

I purchased a ski outfit & the Velcro sticking on the jacket came away from the sticking in the first few days of usage. Siroko suggest that this is 'fair wear & tear', whilst I call it falling apartDon't buy anything from them if you expect it to last more than 5 minutes - they don'tAgain I stress that these goods aren’t fit for purpose & when they ‘reach out’ to solve the problem with you it’s just to give an impression on this website that they ‘care’. They just suggest that wearing the product makes it fall apart, just leave it in the wardrobe & it’ll be fine!! There’s plenty of other reviews suggesting that their quality assurance is negligible

My items never arrived. The tracking number showed them as delivered but I never received anything. I have had no response from Siroko and I have nothing to return to obtain a refund.

I am very disappointed with my order. I purchased the W3 Rush jacket and P1 Sakha pants because they were displayed on the website as black and white. However, the items I received are in a blue color, which is completely different from what was advertised.This is not what I ordered, and it does not match the product presentation online.

I brought a pair of Bib snowboarding trousers on the very first day the zip had two teeth missing, unfortunately as on holiday had no alternative so had to continue to use, by day two the stitching had completely split on the inner seam. When escalated to customer service had very poor response saying it was wear and tear of daily use! For the purpose and price of these trousers I am incredibly disappointed but even more disgusted at customer service who have refused refund or replacement and only offered £25 store credit or £18 to be reimbursed to my account. I will never be using Siroko again so store credit is a waste of time -Siroko needs training on how to deal with customer complaints and perhaps they would not get such poor reviews . Avoid this company at all cost.

UPDATE: After contacting Siroko, they agreed to ship me a new bibshort at no expense. A big thanks to them for doing this. Their bibshort is extremely cheap and I've ripped in the exact same spot on 2 bibshort that had less than a dozen ride. Customer support offered 15 euro credit the first time, saying it was due to usage which is ridiculous as some rubbing on the inner leg should be expected. Waiting to hear from them on my second bibshort that ripped. Hopefully I get offered something better than insignificant credit, especially that their prices are now significantly more than before.

Poor quality Snowboard Bibs/pants, inseam junction failed after a 7 days of use while using a button lift. Customer support is even worse, asking you for pictures to conclude that your first support message contained enough information to tell you to get lost. They're clearly following a script that is meant to wear down customers, not help.
