Great and comfortable chair with good characteristics and easy to assemble
I'm so glad I bought a SIHOO chair. First of all, the company helped me a lot because I had an inconvenience with my first order which maybe get lost. Once I wrote an email to know something more, they answered me in a so very quick time and arranged for a replacement! They have been always there to help updating me with many mails! They have been so professional, very kind and so prompt to reaching me out and that' s why I thank them a lot!About the chair, it has been simple to assemble, I read all the instructions, followed them and I had no problem with that. All the stuff was very well organised inside the box.I chose the M102C and, while I' m writing this review, I' m sitting on it...fabulous! The seat cushion is very comfortable, the adjustable lumbar support relaxes my back a lot and the chair is also reclinable! I like it so much! I like the material too so I really recommend it! Sihoo products are incredible
Sihoo products are incredible. I am using a c300 chair since 18 months, the chair is so confortable, very solid and with beautiful finishes! It’s high quality product and the customer service is one of the best i ever contacted, like Amazon, they reply very fast and takes times to help you. i am sure to buy other products from this brand without any hesitation!

Buy it again. …
Due to a broken spine and needing to sit long hours at the computer I needed an ergonomic chair. No sooner had I just put it together and sat in it I found it so comfortable. It just made you feel so much snugger all around your body. The additional adjustment mean you can alter things like to arm rests to be level with your desk so you get that extra support of your arms. It so fully adjustable with the headrest and pan depth which you need to support under the backs of the knees. Its also look very modern and up to date in my study. Brilliant it took me a little to find and select it but I used to do work shop fish assessments in the office I worked at so I know how difficult it is to find the right chair at good value

Great chair, fast delivery and excellent customer service
Fast delivery — I ordered on Sunday evening and received it on Wednesday.The chair arrives ready to assemble. One thing I really appreciated is how the hardware (screws, parts, etc.) is organized. Everything is clearly arranged in the packaging so you can easily see each piece, which makes the assembly very simple and smooth. Even the tools needed to tighten the screws are included, so there is no need to bring out your own toolbox.The design is great and the ergonomics are excellent. The chair is very comfortable for the back, which is important for me since I work long hours at my desk.What I appreciated the most in my experience, however, was the quality of the customer service. They were very responsive and helpful, replying in less than 24 hours. I quickly received my invoice and an issue regarding the footrest was resolved efficiently.Thank you — I definitely recommend this chair.
