poor delivery and return
I ordered a bunch of clothes from Cider as I kept seeing their adverts. The clothes were good quality but sizing was small. I had to wait 2 weeks to receive the first part of my order and I’m going to be waiting another 2 weeks for the second part which will be around a month in total. I can’t return the first part of my order until the full order has been delivered which is frustrating. I have also been told it can take up to 2 weeks to return it to the warehouse and then another 2 to receive the refund. Due to this, I will refrain from using this site again due to this as a potential 2 months to receive / return the order isn’t worth it for me.

Package was late but Customer Service was Impeccable
Although my package was late, the customer service in returning my items after I missed the deadline (they arrived after I left the country) was wonderful. Sarah helped me and I cannot thank her enough for her help as I was incredibly upset and stressed.

Transparent about delivery times and updates. Made an order but due to inventory issues was delayed and wouldn't arrive in time for an event. Customer service were very accommodating and quickly provided a cancellation and refund on request

Ciders customer service is truly client focused. Fast information fast solutions that’s why I will always get my winter and summer wardrobe from cider. If there happens to be a mistake in shipping they listen and are quick to problem solve. Thank you cider!
