When it's good its good....Hold on when it breaks

We have been a Shipstation user for YEARS. When it works, it works. When shipstation changes something, and or your webstore changes something and all of the integration goes sideways...good luck. You will spend your time with a foreign call center who will not understand your problem, send you in circles, and then tell you it must be escalated to tier 2 support. Their is NO timeline for tier 2 support, so while your customers cannot checkout because they cannot see any shipping rates, you just sit and wait for the mythical tier 2 support to respond. The foreign call centers do NOT want to escalate to tech support that can actually help as they feel it looks bad for their "metrics" so they will continue to grind over and over in the hopes that they can fix it. Uninstall, re-install. Uninstall in incognito, re-install. Oops, did you look at this. Oh maybe the AI tech support can fix it..... tick tick tick, money out the window.

I originally had a Stamps.com account…

I originally had a Stamps.com account with over 1800$ in available balance. As I am writing this I had hit gotten off the phone with a an agent over at ShipStation so I would be able to proceed for Stamps.com to process my account deactivation and check refund. I never in my life would’ve thought I had to jump hoops and being redirected over 5 times and making calls more than 5 times to get my account deactivated. I am right now on a call with Stamps.com waiting for the agent to get me off of hold. I never would recommend Stamps, ShipStation or any of there partners owned by ENDICA.Owner of CatCode Solutions

⚠️THEY ARE REFUSING TO REMOVE OUR CARD ⚠️

They are refusing to remove our card and are still charging us. My husband canceled the account and they had said that by the 31st they would remove our card, nope, not true. They are refusing to remove it so they can keep charging us money. They are refusing to allow us to speak to a supervisor or anyone other than an agent so we can move on and get this resolved. I AM WARNING YOU, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

The customer service has been outstanding—they helped me set up my account initially and have been there for all my questions since. Linking ShipStation to my Etsy shop was a real game changer; now I ship quickly and with a polished, professional finish.

Shipstation is terrible & a scam.

Shipstation is terrible & a scam.I had been using shipstation for 3 years with zero issues - the platform was great. However, I was eventually hit with "adjustments and fees" from UPS and other carriers - that were not only massively inflated (sometimes 200%+ of the value of the shipment) but for orders that were never delivered or picked up. I tried for months to get ShipStation to review and remove the charges - but was met with AI generated responses every time. I called - called - emailed - and emailed. And eventually was told this was being elevated...only for a support agent to copy & paste a response from Google Gemini AI saying they would not help. How do I know it was Google Gemini AI? The email had "Gemini Said" as the first line in the email response. ShipStation tried to charge me $2,500+ for shipments that never shipped and then refused to even help me with a credit. They couldn't even take the time to respond with an actual human - but used AI to draft terrible deflection responses.

I am deeply frustrated not only with…

I am deeply frustrated not only with the lack of transparency but the terrible customer service this company has given me. I lost over half of my account balance today due to "carrier adjustments" but never were these adjustment communicated with me nor were they accessible on my dashboard. I have used many other softwares and I have always been able to trust their shipping prices. Maybe the occasional carrier adjustment of a few dollars for lack of correct weight or something but EVERY PACKAGE? $8-12 adjustment for each package? Absolutely ridiculous. Especially because their shipping prices were right in par with other companies but with the adjustments it makes them over 50% higher in shipping costs. I couldn't speak to a real person either just an AI chatbot. No issues were resolved just more frustration.
