OK - if a little slow
It took a couple of weeks and a number of queries for Shipito to find the delivery but after that all went well.

Quality delivery service
I recently utilized sipito for the first time to facilitate the international shipping of fragrances. The platform is highly efficient, particularly regarding the ease of tracking shipments and preparing customs declarations.The inclusion of photographs for both the received items and the consolidation process provided a significant sense of security. Although I encountered a minor delay in one package being registered to my account, the support team addressed the situation promptly and effectively. I intend to utilize their services for my future international purchases.

I absolutely would NOT use this company…
I absolutely would NOT use this company for anything whatsoever. If I could give them zero or even half a star, I would. I STILL have not received any reply, follow up or communication from them regarding a package that has been returned from the country it was shipped to. When following up with the shipper directly, I found that SHIPITO actually requested the package be returned even though it was currently out for delivery THAT DAY. Package is STILL missing. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience and I'm regretting ever using them.

So far, so good.
My experience with this company has been positive so far. The yearly membership price is great, but some of the add-ons could be included with the membership to offer customers a little better value. My only real complaint is that I wish there was an option to speak to customer service when there are questions or concerns.
