(ENGELSE VERSIE ONDERAAN) Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst bij SHEIN, maar ik heb geen enkel pakket ontvangen. De bestelling was opgesplitst in meerdere zendingen en volgens de tracking zijn alle pakketten geleverd en ondertekend op 13 februari 2026. In werkelijkheid heb ik niets ontvangen en ook nergens voor getekend.De bezorgdienst (GOFO) heeft alle pakketten onterecht als geleverd gemarkeerd. Dit is inmiddels de tweede keer dat dit gebeurt, wat wijst op een serieus probleem met hun bezorgproces.Ik ben al jarenlang klant bij SHEIN en deze problemen zijn pas ontstaan sinds zij zijn overgestapt op deze bezorgdienst. Sindsdien ervaar ik herhaaldelijk problemen met leveringen.Ik heb ook contact opgenomen met Klarna, maar zij weigeren verder te helpen en nemen zonder goed bewijs van levering de kant van SHEIN.SHEIN weigert een terugbetaling of vervanging en verwijst alleen naar de bezorgdienst, zonder geldig bewijs van levering (zoals een handtekening of foto).Ik zal niet meer bij SHEIN bestellen tenzij zij overstappen naar een betrouwbare bezorgdienst zoals PostNL of DHL.Ik heb deze kwestie inmiddels geëscaleerd naar consumenteninstanties.Orderreferentie: CGE260205630177808390Klarna referentie: G8CM071GZeer teleurstellende ervaring en onacceptabele service.(ENGLISH VERSION) I placed an order with SHEIN, but I did not receive any of the packages. The order was split into multiple shipments, and all of them were supposedly delivered and signed for on 13 February 2026. However, in reality, none of the packages were delivered and I did not sign for anything.The delivery company (GOFO) falsely marked all packages as delivered. This is already the second time this has happened, which shows a serious issue with their delivery process.I have been a customer of SHEIN for years, and this problem only started after they switched to this delivery company. Since then, I have experienced repeated issues with packages not being delivered properly.I also contacted Klarna, my payment provider, but they refused to assist further and accepted SHEIN’s claim without proper proof of delivery.SHEIN refuses to provide a refund or replacement and only refers to the delivery company, without providing valid proof of delivery (such as a signature or photo).I will not be purchasing from SHEIN anymore unless they switch to a more reliable delivery company such as PostNL or DHL.I have now escalated this issue to consumer authorities.Order reference: CGE260205630177808390Klarna reference: G8CM071GVery disappointing experience and unacceptable service.

I ordered some items but then cancelled the order. The reason I cancelled the order was because I didn’t know if I was going to be charged additional duty taxes. Shein froze my account and would not let me order any more items. This is a terrible company. Do not purchase anything here. When I tried to delete my account, I was not able to. When I reached out to costumer service to have my account deleted they sent an email to verify deletion but entering the verification codes didn’t work. I reached out to costumer service to have my account deleted and there was no response. Do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered some stuff thru SHEIN, it did arrived but I was out of town and was sent back, I have been trying to contact SHEIN but it is impossible so that means I lost around 200 dollars

SHEIN, count your days! I made the foolish mistake of ordering yet again an item I didn’t receive the first time. Second time, it says delivered. No package. It’s been almost a month since I requested a refund. I keep getting the same BS response. I hope that enough people complain to the point that SHEIN is shut down. Stop playing with people, and their money!

I am the fool. I should have read the reviews before placing an order. Amazon is a great company but should not allow Shein to sell on their site. Three weeks ago I placed an order. Things went bad and I tried cancelling. To this date..have received nothing and only a partial refund. Stay away from Shein.

Update Day 34: Another 24 hours have passed with ZERO contact and NO progress. Your previous public promise to resolve this within 24 hours was a complete lie and just words on paper. This is my FINAL NOTICE. I have demanded specific dates from your support agent, and I am giving SHEIN exactly 24 MORE HOURS to provide a confirmed tracking number for my TWO orders. I am done with your copy-pasted heart emojis and empty automated replies. If I do not see a "SHIPPED" status for both orders within 24 hours, I will stop all communication here and escalate this as a formal case through my bank and consumer protection authorities for non-delivery of goods. The clock is ticking. 24 hours. No more excuses.

Absolutely appalling customer service.. If your item is not delivered be prepared for a long wait to get your money back. Customer assumed to be a fault not poor delivery despite the fact that part 1 of the order was delivered successfully same day part 2 was not. But still had to wait for lengthy investigation period

I ordered one shirt 6 weeks ago. My address was on file. That shirt got to my apartment on time with no problem. They obviously had my apartment #!So, I decided to go ahead and order another shirt I likes 2 weeks later. On the 20th of March the shipping currier stated on his tracking report that they had delivered my package to my mailbox. However, I had been looking for it every day. No package had been put in my mailbox! There are 500 condos here and each mailbox has a key and a number. I looked closely at the tracking receipt again and saw where my apartment # was not on the receipt anywhere. So how could he deliver to MY apartment if my # had been removed? Nowhere did it say it had been delivered to MY mailbox or door! Just delivered to “a” mailbox. I checked my SHEIN acct and my apartment # was still there from the last package delivered to me 6 weeks ago- with no problem. I told SHEIN what had happened and I’d like my shirt shipped to me- or a refund! They sent me a message saying I didn’t have sufficient proof that I did not receive my package. Even though I sent them a picture of the tracking receipt that did not have MY Apartment # on it! So where did they decide to leave my package out if 500 apartments?!? 🤷🏼♀️If you buy anything from them- you are at their mercy that you will indeed receive what you bought! 😡I won’t buy from them ever again!(Update) I’ve sent my issue and request to SHEIN 3 times. They have replied back several times with “we have found no evidence to support your claim! Please submit evidence.” My only evidence I could send them was a copy of the tracking receipt that said thePackage had been delivered. Yet, the address they “delivered” it to has NO apartment # out if 500 apartments. The apartment # had been removed since my last package had been sent directly to my apartment (mailbox) with no problems just 2 weeks prior to this last one. Now, their AI continues to want me sending the same info over and over. I’ve done it 3 times! That’s enough! Have a human contact me! Or, refund my money or, send me what I bought! (To the same apartment you sent my 1st package 6 weeks ago!)

I have been a Shein customer for a long time. I am happy with 98% of the products I purchased. If I don't like the product received, I just sent it back for a refund. Watch this space, Amazon, the competition and pressure is on. Can you beat Shein?????
