SCAM – Avoid at all costs!I was instructed by SHEIN to return 4 separate orders in one combined parcel. I followed their instructions exactly and sent everything back on 18th February. Since then — over 7 weeks later — I have still not received my refund of £350.Customer service has been absolutely useless. Every time I contact them, I’m told the parcel is “still in transit” and to “wait.” No real updates, no accountability, just the same scripted responses over and over again. To make matters worse, they often end the chat in the middle of my complaint without resolving anything.It genuinely feels like you’re speaking to automated agents who don’t read or acknowledge what you’re saying. There is zero care for customers, even when large amounts of money are involved.I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. £350 is not a small amount, and the lack of support or urgency is shocking.I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering — especially if you ever need to return items.

Last year I gave a negative review saying that since the soaring cost of living the quality of clothing has deteriorated and I cited an example of a garment I bought and how it fell apart and I hadn't even worn it yet. So, I deleted my account and returned to shopping for clothes in-person. Well, I bought a sale item in a well known high street fashion chain owned by the P****** clan, and after one wash the thing fell apart. I was so disappointed. I expected better. So, you know what, I returned to shopping with Shein.I'm so sorry I dissed you. But, I'm hailing you now and giving you flowers. Luv, luv, Shein.

I have been using Shein for years. As the lead time is long and quality and fit unsure, I always over-order and require to return - a little like a changing room experience. NOT ANYMORE. I returned several items today totalling £66 and was CHARGED a returns fee of £11.67!!! This no longer allows me to view Shein as a viable option for clothes, a real shame - TAKE HEED!!

Read the description of your choices. I am quite honestly very happy with the service and goods delivered.The return policy is simple. I would absolutely recommend.

I've had some lovely items from shein, shopped with them for years. All of a sudden, they are not refunding the full amount you pay for items, and its nothing to do with the discount. I wanted to return 3 items, but they were only refunding me a third of what I paid, when I reduced it to returning 2 items, the refund was £0. I played with it for ages trying to work out how to get most of the money back I paid on the items, and by returning more items (that I was going to keep) i eventually only lost a few pounds. Not the best business model for shein, and if they are not refunding what you pay for the items, and we all know some items are not great quality, then you might as well order from a company that gives full refunds on what you pay. The items on these sites are very similar anyway

I went online to browse. I had to sign in with either email or phone number. It’s not possible to browse as a guest. I couldn’t sign in as I’m not registered. There’s no customer service so I used instagram. The reply is from a bot. No way to speak to a human.

Realy p,d off right now, I'd orderd black glass mirrored tiles and was sent silver, I've tryd to raise a ticket but to no avail, they chuck in unnecessary words and bs to put you off trying to get thigs sorted, they don't want to help they just want your money, that's very plain to see

I have been a Shein user for a very long time now and find their service and products generally great - However they should not market Authentic Perfume when it clearly is not - I have received my Mugler Perfume and it is not authentic - The site should be clear in saying 'smells like' or not authentic - Sad as i love using the company. As a Shein VIP customer i think this is not on and should be clear.

Multiple great experiences. I have been using SHEIN for a good few years now and highly recommend. Good quality on most products, if you’re not happy with anything they have a very quick and easy returns policy. Always using discount codes and points to reduce the cost of my orders (which I place at least monthly 😬)
