So far I ordered several pdf-downloads. That alqays went smooth an easy. Very satisfying. I also ordered some printed items, and this also went very well. So far no complaints

I have tried twice to resolve an issue…
I have tried twice to resolve an issue of not receiving my complete music order. There is no one to discuss issues with other than a chatbot, and it did not resolve my issue. I recommend ordering from another website instead of Sheet Music Plus.

Do not use them
Do not use them, 30 days for a refund and did not inform me the item was unavailable. I had to chase them up, how do you contact them it is a nightmare.

AVOID!!! DO NOT TRUST! Very poor and disappointing
Placed an order for 4 items from musicroom.com (which this site used to be called). 1 item was not received. Had difficulty contacting them, I left a poor review on their old website; I got an email response the same day. They said there must have been a mix up, and even though the item was still showing as in stock on their website, I should wait another week longer, if it didnt come to contact them again and get a refund. So everything is on me to continue to follow up. 2 weeks later, still nothing has arrived, and when I signed in to the new site, I noticed that this company has changed my order summary, showing only 3 items. EXCEPT they never refunded the 4th item! I feel like they are scamming me. Order 4 items, mysteriously edit the order to show only 3, and never refund the 4th (btw, the 4th was the most expensive book of the order). I have my original order email showing 4 items. I have a screenshot of my order on the new website they edited showing only 3 items now. And I have my credit card statement showing no refund from them. Its clear to me that this is wrong. AVOID!!!!!

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. My music are downloadable and it has been 2 weeks. The amount was cleared the same day it was purchased and I still have no music. I have emailed Amy 3 times and made 2 online requests with their bot! Still no response. Still no music. I will never use this company again! Go straight to the composer's site. HORRIBLE!

Sneaky subscription sign-up with no warning or prompt to cancel.Ordered a sheet of music as a one-off purchase, but £9.99 monthly subscription came out a few days later. I may have missed something and life moves fast, but this was an unintended purchase. Easy to cancel in the end though, so that's something ;_)

When ordering from the UK website an ongoing monthly subscription offer is added automatically to your order with NO OPT-OUT available. If you don't cancel your subscription within 7 days you're charged with no redress. AVOID!!

Great music selection and fast…
Great music selection and fast delivery, but the updated website makes finding music more cumbersome. I liked the previous version better—it was simpler to browse.
