I purchased an item for $55 and $6 gift bags in which my total purchase was $101 due to $31.98 in shipping fees. I did NOT get the gift bags, so when I called to have them sent I was lied to by a representative that I would receive FULL refund because they can’t ship the gift bags without the product, so I agreed. No refund, so called back today and was lied to again, then I was just told by floor Supv “Roslyn” that it was a “miscommunication” on the customer service rep and that I should NOT expected a full refund despite being told 3x by 3 different representatives that I will receive a full refund. There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND THEY ARE PATHOLOGICAL LIARS WHO PASS THE BUCK ONTO PAYING CUSTOMERS! They can’t even get the story straight on why I didn’t receive the gift bags that I purchased, they’re out of stock or they can’t be shipped separately, but it is accepted to pay $31.98 in shipping fees and NOT RECEIVE 1 of 2 ITEMS PURCHASED! NEVER AGAIN, HEED MY WARNING ‼️

I purchased a Sharper Image Cordless Vacuum, Stick and Handheld Combo White from Target about a month ago. Immediately, the battery would only hold less than 10 minutes charge. Over the month, the battery has gotten progressively worse. This past weekend after sitting on the charger all night, the battery ran for 30 seconds and died. I reached out to Sharper Image requesting a warranty replacement of the very obviously defective battery pack, they told me to contact Target. When I questioned the MANUFACTURER'S warranty, they then replied that "warranty issues should be directed to Target." Last time I checked Target did not manufacture the battery!I see a class action lawsuit in their future, because they are obligated by law to address issues with brand new items that are defective from the factory. The retailer is not the avenue to request a warranty repair. I will NEVER purchase another Sharper Image product. Ever.

I wouldn't rate this company even one star but it was the only way to get to this section of my review. I bought a gift for someone at 7:45 a.m. and needed a refund because the person receiving the gift already had it. When I called at 9:04 a.m., I was told that I could not have a refund because the order had already processed. That's ridiculous. I started researching this company, I saw a lot of negative reviews. Do not buy from this company. Caveat emptor!!!

I order a cervical pain relief device for Christmas on November 2nd. My husband didn't like it because it felt too bulky and very uncomfortable to use. On 12/29/26 it was picked up by FED EX in Sparks Nevada and was deliver to Okron Ohio on 3:04 pm on 1/6/26. I have emailed asking where my refund is after including the refund paperwork and keeping a copy for myself and have heard NOTHING back. It is now the end of January and still haven't got my refund back to my account and haven't heard from one customer service agent. I will never purchase anything from this company again since carrier pigeon would have been quicker than sending this gift back for a refund. It's apparent they are just about selling you merchandise not about following through when the product is not what you expected or advertised.

Sharper Image deducts fairly high return shipping fees for returning an item and then fails to issue a refund. Sharper Image is a dishonest, disreputable company that sells cheaply made products. I suspect that so many of their products get returned due to customer dissatisfaction, that if they acturally abided by their return poiicy and issued refunds, the compnay would go broke. We all need to petition retailers like WalMart and Bed Bath and Beyond to stop carrying Sharper Image products. This is the only way to change the way they operate to rip off consumers.

The items I received when I first ordered were very pricy and did not get the discount they promised; that was approximately 3 years ago. I tried to reach them unsuccessfully. I now wanted to place 3 orders but decided to check reviews first and the negative reviews are too much and true. Too many of theseonline merchants are dropping the ball with regards to products, delivery and service. Sorry, not buying again from them.

Sharper Image once had a goid reputation with store presence. beware of claims stating they are an American brand company. A company bought the original business and now is “Sharper Image Company “ . they are simply the middlemen for cheap tech products - with cool packaging and sleek online sales that are high priced.Dont be fooled by the complicated sales prices, the shipping rebates, and the $25 gift cards. You will get these but will never be able to apply them to any item other then a full price item - which has high shipping costs. Its a pricing scam . And the products, especially the toys are at best mediocre.
