Kings Cross Station: Food and drinks are good just a bit expensive
Really nice burgers, fires and the juices are huge and delicious. Only thing is they're a bit on the pricey side and you need to remember to grab napkins because they don't put any on your tray and you'll end up needing them when eating a messy burger!! Love the ordering system, it cuts a lot of time and you can sit an wait and keep an eye on the screen to see when it's nearly ready.

Fine dining price, discussting burger
The worst burger , I have ever eaten. A greasy, soggy burger made from the cheapest mince, full of gristle, with no flavour or character whatsoever. The staff are very slow and the place is filthy. They look glum. I couldn't eat it and left it.Don't go Camden branch

Order delivery. Used grub hub which really sucks. shack shack order bag wide open. Whole order compromised. they don’t seal the bag. if I didnt want a shake would never ORDER from them. food old and cold. this place is extremely poor on quality and sanitation. I AM NOTIFYING DEPT OF HEALTH FOR MASSACHUSETTS. AFTER 30 YEARS IN HEALTHCARE THIS IS A CHAIN RESTAURANT THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHAIN.

Disappointing
We ate at the King's Cross branch... Nice customer service and shake were about the only good things. Nearly £40 for two burgers, one fries and one milkshake as we shared them to keep cost down. The fries were luke warm and very cardboard like. My veggie burger was hot but really not great at all. My mate had a cheese burger, he didn't enjoy it either. Took ages to come and there was rubbish piled up by the bins. Defo don't recommend and won't ever be coming back.

Unchewable pieces in burgers
The chopmeat used in their burgers seems to be ground only 1 time resulting in pieces unable to chew. I know this because I was a butcher for 47 years and made at least 200 lbs of chopmeat every morning ground 3 times. 3rd time it went into package. Also over 6 bucks for fries! Shakes good but over priced. Verdict, they suck!
