Order: FN111002402Dear Sephora Customer Service,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order, which was marked as delivered but has not been properly received.According to the delivery confirmation, the package was left outside my door. However, I have not taken possession of the item, and leaving it unattended outside does not fulfill the contractual obligation to ensure the goods are delivered into my possession.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered into the physical possession of the consumer. As this has not occurred, I must consider the item as not delivered.Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for this order. Please process this refund promptly as i would no longer like to shop with Sephora online as I would risk losing my money. Sort out my refund please as I have not been getting a response via email. Please respond to my main email or issue my refund as this is getting frustrating.( This is not my order email)

Online returns & customer service
Returning products is easy enough but getting them to confirm receipt of the product I've returned and issuing a refund has proved to be very difficult, they don't respond to emails, there is no known customer service number to actually speak to someone. I would not recommend buying anything from this company on-line. I am still chasing a response from them.

Package marked as delivered but never received – Sephora Spain
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sephora Spain.I placed an online order in Spain for about 240 €, but I never received my package. The courier made a mistake during delivery and even admitted in messages that he had left my package in the wrong place. Later the order suddenly appeared in the system as “delivered” using my NIE number, even though I never received the parcel.When I contacted Sephora customer service, they said they had “investigated” the case and decided to close the complaint, simply because the courier marked the package as delivered. No refund, no replacement, no real help.I have been a regular customer, so I expected a large company like Sephora to support their client and resolve the situation with their delivery partner. Instead, they chose to ignore the problem and left me without my order and without my money.Very disappointing experience. I expected much better customer care from such a well-known brand.I will now proceed with a formal consumer complaint and a bank chargeback.

Parcel gone missing by Evri and cannot get through to request refund, no phone numbers work and ignoring my messages on social media and e-mails absolutely shocking customer services, avoid this company unless you want to lose your money and end up stressed trying to contact them

I can find much cheaper products at other places, but it is easier to but it here. I bought HausLab concealer, Huda Beauty colour corrector and Huda Beauty lipgloss. The delivery pace is decent, and I love how they package it in a secure box.
