Awful customer care, no telephone contact number, barely a sniff of a response using their official Facebook messenger chat! Parcel sent via Evri that never arrived, now fighting to get my money back...hopeless. Avoid at all costs.

I received an empty box, With someone else's address inside and some tissue paper. This is an inside theft because there is no way on earth someone could of done this by accident it was meticulously packed and empty. HOWEVER, after alerting the Care team they were concerned and willing to rectify by a full refund and good will gesture for all the stress this would of ofcourse caused. The customer service and their replies have shown genuine concern and commitment to take feedback seriously and do something about it, both internal investigations and customer satisfaction. Which I am grateful for. I will be giving this company another chance in the future.

Ordered the wrong colour foundation by accident, did not even open as realised straight away - returned the product and have been told this is not in re sellable condition due to there being no cellophane on the box and tamper seal - this did not come with cellophane and there was a tamper proof label on top that was 100% not opened. Now to be told my refund would not be taking place and the foundation well who knows now - I would not order from Sephora again. Taking your product and keeping your money is a joke. FN111083285 My order number if anyone from Sephora wants to look into this properly and have my return be refunded as this is theft - I didn’t realise I would need to take a video for confirmation of my unused unopened return just to be refunded.

I had a brush snatched out of my hand by a staff member named Louisa at the Stratford Westfield location . She was extremely rude and aggressive towards me . Her behaviour was riddled with micro aggressions due to what I know to be because of my skin colour and my stature. She tried to lie and say that I was rude to her to make me seem like the aggressor which is just categorically not true . I hope that Louisa is taken off the shop floor and that this location can be held accountable for hiring someone with such behaviours. I was constantly gaslit by her and made to feel as though I was being a nuisance after kindly asking her to take back a brush I had been using . The manager of the store also proceeded to invalidate my experience by telling me they’ve never had an issue with her and that it could be a language barrier . All whilst I was standing in her face , hyperventilating with tears and shaking . So much so that the staff had to come and bring me a glass of water . I will not be returning to this location at all , as I have been severely traumatised by this.

Placed an order few days ago, when I received it I found out that 3 items were missing, I contacted the customer service via facebook and in 2 days I got those items refunded. Nothing to complain about.

What shocking customer service! I followed the online steps to return an item to them. It was received by them 4 weeks ago and I've heard nothing back. I have twice now emailed care @ sephora .com about this and have had no replies! Utterly stunned at this - avoid this company at all costs!

To start off with I did get the 2025 Christmas pack thingy it was so good I got this body butter. It is called Augustine Bluder. I think it also came with other stuff under eye cream mini tata moisturiser ete although the store is a bit pricey I love the Sephora and all of the other brands

My order was missing parts from the 2 items, that were gifts, and although customer service did reply to my numerous emails they did not resolve the issue, in fact when they did send the missing bits they sent the wrong items, and after the timescale I needed them. I was refused a full refund, getting 1/3 of my money back and a voucher - which of course I won’t use as I will never purchase anything from this company again. I only wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order.

Dont trust delivery times. Ordered was allegedly dispatched on 18/03/2026 for Next Day Delivery and still hasnt arrived on 22/03/2026
