DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
I ordered shoes in size 8 but size 7 was sent to me.The returns portal indicated that a charge of £4 would be made to return the item, despite the fact that I had selected an option the company had provided to indicate that the wrong item had been sent. It was a mission to obtain a code to remove the returns charge. I was then sent a no print option for the return, which enabled me to print the label at the drop-off point. However it required me to print a slip to put in the package stating the reason for return, which the drop-off point printer was unable to do.There were further delays in obtaining a refund, with numerous promises from Secret Sales to pay this into my bank account within 3-5 working days. I believe I would never had received a refund, had I not purchased the item using PayPal, via whom I submitted a complaint. All in all, it took over 2 months between purchasing the item and receiving the refund. In a nutshell, do not buy from this company!

They send me different and cheap jacket…
They send me different and cheap jacket I’ve ordered, and another jacket which was with cut off label and the faux leather was pealing. I requested return straight away when I’ve open the package and I was asked to paid twice £4 for returns, even wasn’t my fault. One item was faulty and another was completely different from the one I’ve ordered. Their customer service wasn’t helpful with the response as well, they just sent me a codes for a free package fees, but I’ve paid and sent the items back few days before their response. I don’t recommend their website at all!

Never ever again first and last
Never ever again first and last! This company are by fair the worst company I have used in a very long time. They will display pictures and not give the correct description until you scroll right to the end. Pictures are not the same as the description. Other companies will write description next to the picture. Bought air max 90 white that’s what I thought. Until it arrived and was white/ wolf grey. The description is right at the bottom of the page after other information. Picture was edited and looked like all white air max 90s I had to pay £4 for return aswell just went to another company next day delivery no middle man arrived today. Ordered converse with the air max 90s as-well guess what? today was the last day to be delivered the seller only created label and hasn’t yet posted it out. Royal is still waiting for parcel. This is for my holiday trip which I planned after 2 years. I wonder what will happen on my refund! Only God can help me. Never ever again. If you want anxiety, stress and look 10 yrs older then order from here. The advisor said order has been shipped for 2 days no update while I have ordered many other thing same period work Royal Mail and order has been updated throughout.

advertising items that are not available from their "trusted supplier"
advertising items that are not available (suppliers fault of course!) Having the purchase money for 5 days before advising that the items will not be forthcoming and wanting 3 to 5 days after that to provide a credit. My money in their account for 10days!

Designer label products for lesz than half the retail price and always have offers and reductions from watches to clothing i recommend it to everyone friends and family take a look

Sold me a fake Gucci watch
Absolutely shocking experience. I had to leave a one star review as there wasn’t the option to leave a zero. I bought a Gucci watch in June 2025. After 3 weeks the minute hand broke. I contacted an agent who was extremely unhelpful. She refused for me to return the watch and instead suggested I take it to a jewellers. After getting nowhere with the customer service agent I finally decided to bite the bullet and pay for it to be repaired. I took the watch to a Gucci jewellers who sent it back to Gucci for me. 2 weeks later I received a telephone call from the jewellers stating that Gucci had returned the watch unrepaired as it is not genuine. I have been sold a fake watch and Secret Sales; I’m sure they knew this. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS COWBOYS!!!!

Love the fact that you have all the recognisable brand names in one place with good photos of all the items and pricing is super cheap on some but not all items.Website is so simple to navigate from the comfort of home and its delivered straight to your door - what's not to like ?
