Good booking experience!
The booking experience to date has been great, secured a booking at what looks like a decent hotel in the area of the city in which we wanted to be, for a bargain price compared to Trivago etc. We haven't visited yet, so cannot yet comment on the hotel good or bad.

4th break booked this year and all have been great.
This is the 4th Secret Escape we have booked this year so far and everyone has been great. Hotels are top quality at a great price. Website is easy to use and book. Breaks are right across the country so often find ourselves going somewhere we would not have thought of before looking.

It was fairly easy to navigate through the various offers available on the web site. The booking process was very good and prices excellent.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. They are selling damp freezing rooms smelling of sewage as "Elegant Edinburgh escape". Broken heating system blowing cold freezing air replaced with luke warm portable heaters. Terrible noises from extractor fans outside as if you were sleeping in a boiler room of a ship. Absolute disgrace. I'm making a complaint to the Council to inspect these rooms as they are not fit for habitation. There should be consequences to the company misselling deals like that. We paid for an option with three course dinner included. It wasn't three courses, it was 35 pounds towards dinner. Only covered two courses from the menue. More lies. I will take this wherever possible for investigation to shut these deals down so no one else suffers like we have. Citizens advice bureau, consumer agency, the Council.
