The automated customer service was easy a swift to initiate sending my new controller away for warranty due to a minor malfunction. I received a complete replacement within a couple of weeks with no hassles, as it should be.

So I purchased my son a scuff reflex I…

So I purchased my son a scuff reflex I believe in 2023. The battery died before the warranty was out and they sent me a new one. No questions asked. There was another issue with one of the buttons, not functioning after the second one was out of warranty. Because it was very close they allowed me a second replacement. So this time around no surprise to me since I had three controllers for the price of one in 2023. I have stick drift and it’s time I just pony up and buy a new one. I totally understand why this would not be covered at this point in my journey. Love this company will never purchase from anyone else.
