It’s not right to have discounts for new members and not regular members.
It’s not right to have discounts for new members but charge full over price for members already. So to use my credit I had to get one overpriced item when what the credit if I was a new member I could have ordered several items. This will be my last order Becausw I also had to pay more money because the credit had a limit. 69$ so nothing added up to that amount except one set so I paid the difference 29 more dollars.

Quality is poor for what customers are…
Quality is poor for what customers are being charged for. The package arrived super late & it's clearly dropshipped based on pacakaging. On top of that, you get charged membership fee that's non-refundable that is barely disclosed when you sign up but even if it was disclosed you probably wouldn't have noticed it. I get that's their business model, But I don't beleive any business model should be based on tricking customers into memberships they didn't know they were signing up for. It's overall a bad experience. There is no cancel button online and you have to call them. I am sure some people would be happy to pay membership and most wouldn't but I am not sure how Savage X Fenty which is co-owned by Rihana, a trusted celebrity have such a tricky policy. The policies should be transparent from the get-go, how does it feel to make extra $ from being sneaky and charging credits you didnt know you signed up, I am still trying to comprehend how this is endorsed by a big time celebrity. It doens't make any sense. I did like some designs but it was not the quality, packaging, customer service, overall experience I expected from a celebrity backed brand.

Fancy Items At Reasonable Prices
Amazingly fun and fancy feel-good items, yet at very reasonable prices. Love the range of sizes! Everything I have ordered has been high quality and true-to-size. Definitely recommend if you're looking to treat yourself to something fun!Very easy ordering experience and no issues with delivery.

I love the bras you guys make
I love the bras you guys make, they fit perfectly compared to most other brands. But this subscription service is a racket! You make me use a$20 credit so I can’t use my $59 member credit until I get more stuff to go over?? Then I am forced to pay more than the credit you already took, causing me to over draft because you don’t send out any warning/reminder….
