Never buying from the sale again
After advertising multiple times on the website and the confirmation email that the items can be returned for free at the store, I took the huge box with 2 coats I tried on but where not tailored to my body type back to the store - carrying the annoyingly large thing in public transport and walking a great deal, only to hear that it cannot be returned at the store but should be returned by mail because it is from the sale. It’s written in a small paragraph you easily miss if you are a woman with a busy working life and are short on time (their target audience I would assume). The paragraph refers to the ‘archive sale’, but doesn’t explain what that is. The confirmation mail doesn’t say I bought items from the archive sale. Now I have to carry the thing back again (so no additional shopping), find myself a printshop for the return label I requested but haven’t yet received (who owns a printer anymore?). I also am not receiving the return label I requested, so the shop employee told me she would contact customer service for me on Monday to get it sorted. I will have to wait until next week to mail it because I have an 50+ hour office job and can’t find the time to carry the box to the post office during the week. And I will have to pay an additional 7 euro’s shipping costs for this hassle as an extra punishment I guess. Will never buy from the sale again. These type of practices you mostly see with cheap dropshipping brands advertised on instagram. Very disappointed by this customer unfriendly mess. Employee in the store said it was because the brand is ‘French’.

I have a very good experience shopping with Sandro. Nice, truly French atmosphere. I don’t speak French but there is a translation available. I only wish there were more items in bigger sizes - like size 4 and 5.
