Package Never Received – Refund Denied

My order was marked as delivered, but I never received the package. I immediately reached out to customer service and was required to submit a lot of information for an investigation. After waiting, they came back and denied my refund request, claiming it did not meet their policy requirements.The issue is that they never provided any actual proof of delivery—no photo, no signature, nothing to confirm the package was delivered to me.As a customer, I paid for an item I never received, and Saks OFF 5TH refused to take responsibility. Their response felt generic and dismissive, with no real effort to resolve the situation.I would strongly caution others when ordering, as you may be left without a refund if something goes wrong with delivery.

Wish they didn't show stuff that's out…

Wish they didn't show stuff that's out of stock online. Annoying I filter sizes and it still shows me out of stock items.They wouldn't do a price adjustment for me because it was past 7 days. I didn't even know about that and don't know why they still couldn't do it for me since they're shutting down the website soon. Beyond unhappy and won't be buying from them again.

Undisclosed Hidden Fees

If I could give them any less stars, I would! I shopped their closing sale at 75% off and got a great price on some pieces but unbeknownst to me now I’m getting hit for taxes and duties on imported shipping. Never was I ever told, nor does it disclose anywhere on their site, even in their shipping fees, etc., portion, do they ever state that. This is just a PSA and a buyer beware because depending on how much you buy those import taxes, duties and fees, etc. get to be pretty expensive and there’s nothing you can do about it. You have to ultimately pay them because they had the shipping company pay those fees upfront for “them.” Supposedly to expedite delivery, but I think that’s a bunch of bull as well. Highly recommend you stay away from this company! They’re supposed to be a USA company. Then, when you call them to remedy the situation, they tell you just to ignore it. That’s not gonna happen when you owe the US government some money, even if it is unbeknownst to you.

I place an order the whole reason was…

I place an order the whole reason was for an idiem I really wanted. Order was place after 10am that night after 7pm they tell me the idiem is no longer available by the time I seen it there was no one too talk too tried canceling my order but because some were final order idiems I could not so next day called them up and I was told could not cancel I only had 2 hrs after order was placed to cancel and can not return anything. Why would they have the idiem avaliable, but wait till you can no longer cancel to let you know about it. No wonder reviews are bad and stores are closing poor business practice no one maning inventory. I never order from here going back to my other store nor storm

Customer service is trash

I placed 2 orders and neither of them got picked up by carrier nor did they refund me in a reasonable amount of time. 3-4 weeks for a refund on an item that was never sent out is ridiculous. I will never shop here again. I believe they are using false items on their site and investing peoples money because nothing about this is acceptable or understandable

Ordered an item that arrived with the security tag on it

Ordered an item that arrived with the security tag still attached. I contacted customer service via chat and was instructed to return the item so the tag could be removed and the item sent back to me.The company received the returned item but then declined to send it back. They stated they would issue a refund, which has still not been processed.This issue was entirely caused by an internal fulfillment error, yet the resolution has not been honored, leaving the customer without the product or the refund.

Knock off bags!!!

Terrible service. They make you wait 30+ days to issue s refund. I purchased a very expensive valentino purse and after a year, its all stringy and torn inside of the purse. I never experienced anything like this with my many other bags. The material is very cheap and deceiving!!! Be Aware!

Partial Order Received w/ No Resolution on Refund or Fulfillment

Ordered two pairs of shoes and received only one pair. Initiated a claim the day I received the partial order and still waiting for a resolution 32 days after that, when they said they would resolve within 10 business days.Avoid purchasing from this online retailer at all costs.TERRIBLE customer service.

I purchased a pair of pants on sale at…

I purchased a pair of pants on sale at Saks Fifth Avenue and was never clearly informed that the item was final sale. When the pants did not fit, I attempted to return them and was told that not only were returns refused, but even store credit was denied. This complete lack of transparency and customer accommodation is unacceptable. Saks Fifth Avenue has lost my business permanently.
