Gooseneck Kettle stopped reading the temperature. For nearly a year they've promised the replacement is "only a couple of months away". They won't acknowledge that we've asked for a refund, not a replacement at this point.

We got the smart small kitchen ap as a gift it’s been great ,we are so happy with new saki, it consistently brews prefect tea,because the temperature control is precise.

I love my 48 oz SAKI pink ceramic teapot. I still enjoy it daily, 4 years after having purchased it. The product is wonderful, the pouring spout is perfect, no dripping, the holding handle is very comfortable, and the steaming basket sits nicely in the side notch - an original and very efficient design. But the reason I wanted to write this review today is the amazing customer service. I recently broke the lid, and reached out to the company to ask to purchase a replacement lid. Despite this being not what they normally do, and despite the tedious process involved in find the fitting piece - the staff bent over backwards and did not give up until they were able to complete my request. They reached out themselves to higher management to have this resolved, and Almina - marketing manager - contacted me personally and kept me in the loop while she was working to resolve this. About this amazing team I can only say that they went out of their way to help, did not give up until they succeeded, and that I wish more companies give this kind of service to their customers. Thank you very much!!

I would give Saki 1 Star just because it looks nice, otherwise it doesn't work. the first time I bought my TeaSmart Electric Turkish Tea Kettle it worked for about a month and it start to turn off before heating the water to the correct tempter. I bought another one same model three months later did the same thing and it starts to turn off by itself. I emailed customer service many times to return it...did not get any response. I don't recommend this company at all

I received my Luna Electric Kettle over a week ago. After two days it had to be descaled. Inquired from Customer service if this was normal. Haven't heard anything from Customer Service. It's interesting to me before purchasing this Electric Kettle I had immediate response from Customer Service. Here are the inquires and responses. Once you order it I can also make sure and update our warehouse to send the space graySAKI SupportI would not have responded this way if there was Customer care and support. My suggestion is to order thru Amazon or just take your chances as I did and not have a Customer Service agent get back to you. At least Amazon will work with you.AT

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought Luna Adjustable Temperature Electric Kettle and it stopped reading temperature after just 2 weeks of regular use! Now it won't even turn on. I have a glorified water pitcher now instead of a tea kettle. It's been impossible to get a hold of customer service. I've sent several emails and left voice messages. No one is getting back to me about a replacement or a refund. Horrible product and horrible company!

My family and I are using most of Saki Kitchen products, I personally love the Samovar. They have great customer service. My recent purchase which I got it more than 6 months ago had an issue, I contacted the customer service, their response is always quick. They provide professional and friendly customer serivce. My recent converdation with Yucel was so pleasant and respectful, I'm really satisfied with their product and after purchase customer service.

I received the 48oz teapot as a gift and the lid didn't fit quite right. I reached out to customer service who replaced the teapot at no cost to me. Great customer service!

I purchased a Turkish coffee maker from SAKI. I was not expecting much from this item as I did not have good experience with other brands while I was living in Turkey. This item worked really well and found the great authentic taste of Turkish coffee. Very good performance for a reasonable price.
