App wouldn’t work yesterday - kept getting the spin of death. Tried again morning of the flight and finally app kicked in 2 hrs and 1 minute before the flight. Is this an actual scam?!?! By the time I’d gone through all the check in stages it timed out and wouldn’t let me check in! So in the end it cost me £55 hard earned cash to get them to physically print a boarding pass. Unbelievable.

Absolutely appalled by Ryanair. It’s borderline criminal that they’re allowed to get away with such massively unfair and unethical business practices.I’ve just been charged £115 to correct a single missing letter in my son’s name — one letter. How can that possibly be justified? To make matters worse, when you’re travelling with children, you’re effectively forced into paying extra for seats just to ensure you can sit together. It’s a blatant money grab disguised as policy. This is, without a doubt, the worst airline I’ve ever dealt with. I’m sure they’ll brush this off and even thrive on the negative press, but that doesn’t make it any less shameful.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent experience at London Stansted Airport, which resulted in me and my family missing our flight to Morocco scheduled to depart at 07:40.The departure gate for this flight was only displayed at 06:52 and then closed at 07:10. This left an unacceptable window of just 18 minutes to reach the gate. Considering the walking distance from the main terminal area (including duty free) is approximately 15 minutes, combined with the heavy congestion at that time, it was physically unrealistic to arrive before the gate closed. The situation was not unique to us. We were a family of seven, and there were multiple other passengers and families who faced exactly the same issue and were also denied boarding. This clearly indicates a failure in the boarding and gate management process, not individual passenger negligence. To make matters worse, there were no final boarding call announcements made, and the staff on duty were unhelpful and dismissive when approached for assistance. This lack of communication and support only added to an already chaotic and stressful situation.Frankly, this experience reflects a complete disregard for passengers. Expecting travellers to navigate a busy airport and reach a distant gate within such a short timeframe is unreasonable and unacceptable. As a result of this incident, I can confidently state that I will not be choosing to fly with Ryanair again in the future. The way this situation was handled has completely eroded my trust in your service.I expect this matter to be taken seriously. I request appropriate compensation or, at the very least, a meaningful goodwill gesture such as a full refund or fee-free rebooking. This situation was beyond our control and should be acknowledged as such.

Never Fly Ryanair. Shit Airline. I am absolutely disappointed and honestly quite angry about this airline. It’s hard to believe how petty and customer-unfriendly they are when it comes to carry-on baggage. My suitcase was rejected at the gate because it was supposedly “too big” – we’re talking about maybe a 1 mm difference! To me, that’s nothing but a rip-off.Instead of showing even a bit of flexibility or applying reasonable judgment, they ruthlessly try to squeeze extra money out of their customers. The staff at the gate seemed more focused on charging additional fees than on finding a fair solution. What makes it even more frustrating is that the bag had already passed through security and other checks without any issues. But suddenly at the gate, it becomes a problem – conveniently accompanied by hefty extra charges. This isn’t service; it’s pure harassment. An airline that acts this petty clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I will definitely not fly with this airline again and can only advise others to think twice before putting themselves through this kind of stress and unnecessary expense.

Very disappointing experience with Ryanair. The ticket may look cheap at first, but if anything unexpected happens, like illness, there is absolutely no flexibility or understanding. No refund, no voucher, no real support — only extra fees and strict policies.Customer service keeps repeating the same policy instead of trying to help in any human way. On top of that, changing the passenger name costs an unreasonable amount, which makes the ticket almost worthless.Overall, a very frustrating experience. Cheap fares mean very little when the service is this poor.

If I could give it a zero I would. The same (compliant) cabin bag that I flew from Dublin to Malaga with, was pulled off as non-compliant on the way back from Malaga to Dublin.I willingly told the staff I'll take out my shoes and put them in my backpack (which literally solved the issue) but I ended up being sworn at by the man at the gate. What an absolute unprofessional sod. He should be fired.

Had to leave a 1 star because you can’t leave zero stars! Disgusting. Got charged £75 even though my cabin case fit in the box, my brothers case was bigger than mine but he got no charge, it’s just a money making scam, used same case in way back no problem what so ever, staff was rude when I challenged them that other people’s cases were bigger, my flight was 2 hours and if each crew member is on 15£ an hour I think they do the case scam to pay there wages!! I know it’s budget airline but no need to blatantly scam your customers

I would never recommend this company unless you had no choice but to use them!Offer no help. My 80year old mother trying to do a self check in with no member of Ryanair staff in sight! They pretend they are cheap but add on costs at every opportunity! Not worth the bother!! Shouldn't be able to get away with operating the way they do!

The appalling policy of this company that thinks that if they give you the worst seats even if there are free seats, they will force you to pay for the seat. :) On the contrary, it is so frustrating that when there are free seats next to each other, they deliberately separate people even if we are one family with 2 children, that people do not feel like traveling with you and we always prefer to choose Wizzair. Currently, there are a lot of free seats, but Ryanair's special program will separate you today, for example, 2B, 3B, 4B and 16 E. Congratulations Ryanair! It's a shame!
