This was my first time purchasing from the Rove Concepts website, and the experience was really smooth. I didn’t need to use the chat or reach out for any help because everything was clearly explained and well laid out. I don't like the automatically renewed…
I don't like the automatically renewed membership fee so had to think about that for awhile. Then I gave a shipping address to Pentiction, it said free shipping then I got an email that said I needed to pick it up in Delta. I'm at the point where I think I made a big mistake.

Product is great - but some technical issues for me.
I have ordered from Rove Concepts before and loved the product. This time I called on Monday and had a very long wait on the phone. I wanted to confirm fabric and ask about memberships. Then when I went to place my order I couldn’t input my address since it was looking for a US address and mine is Canadian.
