i don't like how long i have to wait for some pieces which makes me choose others i don't like as much. also this delievery nonsense is just that. Your company is already paid, why do we need to pay extra to place the furniture in the room it will go and have you take your trash with you.

Online chat w/ Real Person - Excellent service
The online chat was extremely helpful. I ran into an issue trying to place an order at 10:30 PM and a real sales person was immediately available to answer a bunch of questions, confirm all of the info I needed, and make a cart for me so that I could to make my purchase quickly. Excellent customer service.

Something is wrong with the pricing. Look closely.
The customer service was great my problem is the pricing structure. We want a dual recliner Antonella style but they want to charge me the same amount for the dual recliner as the 3 seat recliner. Doesn’t seem right that we are paying as much as a larger sofa. Something is very wrong with this. Feel like being taken advantage of.
