Poor customer service, no standing by their warranty, bait and switch !

Their warranty is something they really tout when it comes to marketing their product but our experience has been so bad, it makes me wonder how long before this company goes bankrupt.It appears to be made in china product and while the quality is quite good and the selection is plentiful, their core advantage is marketing. They market their products so well that its eye catching and makes you want it, specially because they use youtube personalities to market it, however, when it comes to rings - I think they dropped the ball. I ordered a ring, and due to no fault of mine, I dropped it in the sink while washing hands and I lost it even though I tried to open up the sink drain to find it. So, as they mention - their never lost warranty stands by the product such that they give you upto 2 replacement rings - no questions asked. I filed the claim, got an email that they will get back to me in 7-10 business days - I waited patiently and reached back out to get a status update - still have not heard back and we going on day 15 now since I made the initial claim.It just sucks overall because the least you could do is reach out to your customers and let them know that you have heard them, you understand them and you will work on it asap. No reply and no acknowledgement means - well, it is what it is, we dont care about you once you paid us. Bad customer service and overall bad vibes ! I'd stay away.

Bought my fiancés wedding ring from here and it was too big so we exchanged for the smaller size, easy exchange process, great customer service. Ring is perfect! Would 1000% recommend!

I purchased a ridge wallet

I purchased a ridge wallet, but there was an error in delivery, so I've attempted to contact their 'customer service' and I'm still waiting for a response, it's been almost a week, and there hasn't been a single reply. quite disappointed as their customer service doesn't match their products quality.

Wallets fall apart and Ridge does not honor Warranty

I bought a Ridge Wallet just under a year ago and the wallet is now falling apart with 5 of the 6 screws falling out. I submitted a warranty claim to Ridge over 10 business days ago and there was no response from them on this or a follow up email.Run from this Company. They sell substandard product and their warranty is worthless.

Order marked delivered but never received – no support response

I placed an order with Ridge (Order RUK187610) totalling around £144 for a wallet, key case and tracker card.Royal Mail tracking shows the parcel as delivered to a “safe place”, however it has not been received. I live in a secure apartment building with a designated safe area and had other parcels delivered at the same time without issue. I have thoroughly checked all communal areas and surroundings and the item is simply not there.I contacted Ridge support immediately and have now sent multiple follow-ups over the past week, but have received no response beyond an automated acknowledgement. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, especially given the value of the order.Under UK consumer law, the responsibility remains with the retailer until the goods are in the customer’s possession. At this point, I have been left with no product and no meaningful support.I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, particularly if something goes wrong, as getting assistance appears to be very difficult.I am still hopeful this can be resolved and would appreciate Ridge reaching out to fix this promptly.

Received as a gift from coworkers

Received as a gift from coworkers for Christmas. The money band broke and reached out for warranty, took pictures they asked for etc. I received for gift they matching key chain and wallet, both fell apart. No customer service number to reach and talk to anyone. Emails are all you receive, I guess easier to blow off customers that way. I would not recommend this product based on my personal experience and buy from company that will stand behind product. Coworkers spent over $200 and well waste of money

Have patient

Customer support was awesome

I ordered the wrong size ring, totally my fault, returned for a refund and ordered another as it was a Christmas gift from my wife and she wanted to have something to hand me on Christmas morning. There wasn’t time to return and wait for the exchange. Customer care sorted me right out. Jeanette was awesome to deal with and I must have been a pain to help.
