avoid.. I ordered several times and received damaged items and they were really correct and refunded me, but the last time they didn't, they wanted to send me documents for a free return! they insinuated that I was making things up and stated that they saw that they often refunded me! and I begged them to pay attention every time during and after the purchase! obviously they send bad products for some markets! certainly an ugly experience, bulvalno sent something that I can't wear!

Have to say that i am a vip member of revolve and it was the only website i liked for over 10 years but all of a sudden for past 3-4 months even the customer service went down to zero rude ladies lazy useless and return is a total mess. Made one last purchase few days ago and never going back . I think cooperation with FrWd took them down badly because FRWD is a horrible website the worst in history

Great customer service! I had a problem with one of the delivered item . Revolve got back to me very quickly and solved the issue very fast and to my complete satisfaction. Definitely will order from them again .

Great service!
l normally don’t leave reviews, rarely shop online for having bad experiences & besides, l still love the in store experience. But, the item l wanted wasn’t available in my city/state. So, l was forced to order online. Revolve didn’t disappoint & I owe them this review! l absolutely/definitely had a great experience with Revolve. My item was affordable & they stand on top of their business with shipping/delivery! Revolve delivered my item before the initial shipment due date & kept me informed every step of the way!Last but not least, my item was fresh/brand new not used/old,smelled &/nor damaged!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought Vacation " the best smelling sunscreen" while it's the best smelling some people say it's to strong . Well the one I got smells like absolutely NOTHING, just no smell AT ALL! I'm very very disappointed and I hope I get my money back
