Great process, great resume and cover letter
I'm an engineer, and I find it embarrassing and difficult to sell myself. ResumeSpice took my very matter-of-fact resume and turned it into a story that placed my achievements in context. Now you can see the impact of what I did and a throughline for my career.I liked the whole process. They asked me to identify jobs and job titles that I wanted, and then they wrote the resume to target those kind of positions. I especially appreciated getting to spend an hour talking with a writer about my career. I feel like she pulled out achievements I hadn't thought to highlight, and knew the words that would make sense to hiring managers.The resume and cover letter have 100% helped me get interviews.
