My experience with Reply.io as a LeadGen Specialist
I’ve been using Reply.io for my outreach as a Lead Generation Specialist for around a year, and it’s been a really positive experience overall. This platform is super customizable and flexible, you can adjust pretty much everything and build your outreach the way you want. That’s a big plus for me, because I don’t like when tools feel too limited.In terms of results, I’ve been happy with the performance so far. The support team also deserves a special mention. They’re always responsive, helpful, and actually care about solving your problem instead of giving generic replies.I also like how the team keeps users updated on market changes and consistently rolls out new features. They’re actively improving the product and adapting it to what’s really happening in outreach and sales right now.Overall, it has all the core features I need for lead generation, plus the flexibility to adapt as my workflow changes. I definitely recommend.

Not sure where to start
Not sure where to start, but...1. Their AI ("Jason") is ineffective as its content is clear AI slop. If anything, ends up being dilutive to your reputation2. Their contact generation filters produce *many* off-target results. Company size, title, etc - may contacts did not match3. No complaints about the people at Reply.io, but their org and processes just don't do the team justice. Long wait times for customer service replies, no US business hours and rushed service when you get it.

Solid platform with a lot of optional features
Solid platform with a lot of add-ons that don't totally revamp what you're doing. It's scalable, and what they have works. It doesn't seem like an experimental type of platform.We've been using it for a while and it's never really let us down. The support is great as well.

The support team stands out
Overall, things are going well. The platform runs smoothly and I haven't run into any big problems. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. Amazing Support
The Tool does everything we expect it to (and probably more we havent explored, like the AI features). But what is a really big plus compared to other offers is the amazing support. I have used it a few times now, sometimes for something we needed urgently implemented and thus far have always received easy to understand, logical and helpful responses (very quickly too) both by their bot and the support team. That's super valuable to us, I hope it stays like this, definitely recommend it so far!
