Disturbing
I was just called, over the phone, by Remitly and asked extremely personal questions that should never be answered over the phone. I found this to be very disturbing and unprofessional. I verified that it was indeed a direct call from Remitly. I would advise anyone using this website to please close down your account right away if, at any time, someone from Remitly calls you over the phone to ask questions. DO NOT answer their questions. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

The best way to send support to my family in Peru

I use remitly a few times a few months…
I use remitly a few times a few months ago , with no issues, until I noticed that someone had committed fraud in my account, they make 2 unauthorised transsactions , I did contact remitly support for help , they never give me a answer or contacted me back, my bank had to get involved, remitly is NOT a secure and safe way to use, I will not get back to use it.
