Talk about DESTROYING a company
Talk about DESTROYING a company! We've had an e-commerce website with Network Solutions for over 10 years! This last year has been a DISASTER! The server becomes unusably slow at least once a week, and we have to call EVERY WEEK. The EV SSL certificate is messed up for the 3rd time, and everyone trying to place an order is getting Security Warnings, so once again, we are losing clients! I have 12 websites; thankfully, only one of them is with this disaster of a company. They do not deserve a single star. Can't wait to get the new website up and running so we can get away from this company.

Clueless customer representative
The domain customer representative very firmly told me the domain transfer was completed 2 minutes later, network Solutions sent me 2 emails First one said my domain transfer status was lockedI had opened it before I requested the transfer and re checked Second, they said you must obtain the authorization code, which I did immediately Goes to show she lied, it was not complete, the process just began after I gave the authorization code

Trying to transfer a domain away from NetSol - being rejected
Trying to transfer a domain away from Network Solutions. They keep rejecting the transfer without giving me any reasons as to why they are rejecting it. It has been rejected twice so far.In one case, they rejected it because the domain was locked after I received confirmation from them that the domain was unlocked.Seems like they are actively interfering with domain transfers out of their system. Seems like a good company to avoid.

Absolutely horrible website full of…
Absolutely horrible website full of popups. Controls make no sense. Impossible to use after our website was transferred from iPage. The only way to cancel your account is a half hour conversation with a chatbot. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
