Three weeks and still no watch, no refund and no accountability.
I ordered a watch with overnight delivery. It took a week for FedEx to mark it as “delivered”, a package I never received. I contacted FedEx myself, who admitted they lost it and told me to contact REEDS. I signed an affidavit. Three weeks later, I still have no watch and no refund. Terrible experience. Do not shop here for anything valuable.

I ordered the Downtown Abbey drop pearl and white sapphire necklace and earrings for my daughter’s wedding jewelry. Everything about this process was perfect from the order to the shipping (very quick) to receiving the items. They were beautifully and elegantly packaged. And the pieces were breathtaking.
