Lost Order, No Accountability, and Refusal to Cancel – Extremely Poor Experience

I had a very disappointing experience ordering directly from Reebok’s website and would strongly advise others to be cautious.Order 1 – RBKCOM3660652 (Placed March 12, 2026)This order was never delivered. After waiting beyond the stated 4–8 business day shipping window, I contacted customer support and was informed that the package had no tracking updates and was likely lost in transit.While a refund was eventually processed, the experience was frustrating: • I had to wait beyond the delivery window before any action was taken • No proactive communication or updates were provided • No accountability was taken for the failed delivery • Any financial impact (such as credit card interest) was dismissedThis already raised serious concerns about their logistics and customer support.⸻Order 2 – RBKCOM3681859 (Placed March 26, 2026 – $110.51)After the first issue, I placed a second order and even added their recommended Seel insurance for protection.However, within several business days, I still had: • No shipping confirmation • No tracking number • No reassurance after my previous failed orderGiven the circumstances, I requested cancellation due to lack of confidence.Reebok refused, stating that cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed—even though the item had not yet shipped.⸻Main Issues • Lack of accountability once the package is handed to the carrier • Orders can be lost with no clear resolution until delays pass • No flexibility to cancel orders—even when not yet shipped • Poor communication and reactive (not proactive) support • Encouragement to purchase third-party insurance instead of improving service⸻Final ThoughtsThis experience shows a clear pattern: the customer carries all the risk.If your order goes wrong, you are expected to wait, follow rigid policies, and accept limited support.I will not be ordering from Reebok again.

DISGRACEFUL.Their 'free returns' service actually cost me £39.95!? How can you advertise delivery and free returns on the website, and then deduct a delivery fee from the return!?

I ordered the classic Reebok ankle-high…

I ordered the classic Reebok ankle-high sneakers in garment leather that I used to LOVE! There was nothing on the website to tip me off about how different these new ones would be. The website called them "garment leather," which they certainly are NOT! The shoes that came are so stiff I could not get a foot into one. When I complained to them, they admitted that they don't actually know what material is used in making them, in Vietnam. The only way I could get a refund (minus $5 for my trouble) was to take them to my P.O. myself. I told them I don't drive and am not fit enough to walk there to fix a problem cause by THEIR LIE about the quality I would receive. They will not budge. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Be wary

Be wary. Ordered online and they added on non refundable ‘duties’. If you return items this is not refunded to you. I raised this via customer service with some questions and after an initial response was ignored for over 2 weeks.

I’ve been a loyal Reebok Nano customer…

I’ve been a loyal Reebok Nano customer for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing.I ordered the Nano X5, but the unclear sizing on the website led me to select the wrong size. I contacted customer support immediately to fix it and was told nothing could be done until I received and returned the shoes.I also paid $25.95 for overnight shipping and was told it would not be refunded, even though I tried to correct the issue right away. I’m now expected to absorb that cost due to poor support and lack of flexibility.That’s not how loyal customers should be treated.As a result, I’ve already switched brands and ordered shoes from Mat Fraser’s While On Earth brand instead. Reebok still makes good shoes, but the company’s customer service is clearly going downhill.This could have been a simple exchange. Instead, it turned into a frustrating and unnecessary experience. Goodbye to Reebok forever.
