I spoke with Ren the representative in customer support. That person was very helpful, quickly addressed the problem, then easily fixed it by resetting my password on their end. Was not on that chat very long, so it was fairly quick and easy. Redpocket is a great service to those of us who rely on good cellular support. I've been with them over a year and never had any problems dealing with them. I highly recommend Redpocket if you're looking for a better, less expensive cell phone plan.
