Ordered a rack system from them on a…
Ordered a rack system from them on a Saturday and then realized I wouldn't be home for the delivery. Cancelled the order within an hour on the same Saturday so it wouldn't be delivered when I was out of town. Monday morning I got an email that it had already shipped and they couldn't cancel it. Even though they just shipped it out Monday morning. 2 days after I cancelled it! SLACK!!!

Don't Waste Your Time
I ordered running boards in October. It is now April. I reached out to RealTruck's Customer Service and received the same automated response of your order will be fulfilled in 8 weeks. I got that message 5 TIMES. Don't waste your time or money.
