Incompetence on a whole new level
Incompetence on a whole new level. Orderedfor home delivery. Instead of delivering they took the view that it would be Ok to drop it at a UPS collection point and I could drive to pick it up! Total contempt for customer experience. Emailed the customer service team but they don’t deal with my country (UK) only North America, so the EU team might be in touch one day, if not start again and email them. Never again!

Not willing to provide gift card refund for failed online transaction
Tried to purchase thru their online website using gift cards purchased at their physical store. The online purchase transaction did not go thru however the amount was deducted from the gift card. Wrote in and called the customer support, they are not able to provide any assistance or refund. Lousy Service

Premium Price, Poor Durability, and a Frustrating After-Sales Experience
I bought a Ralph Lauren coat in 2018 in New York, trusting the brand’s reputation. After a few years of careful use and proper storage, the material/trim started to deteriorate badly, to the point that it literally began to fall apart. For a premium brand, that is already disappointing in itself.The situation became even worse because of the customer service. I was passed from one department to another, sent photos, labels, sizing details, and all the information requested right from the start. I even offered to accept a similar/equivalent item and to provide a U.S. address to make the process easier. Even so, I spent weeks — from January to March — receiving only vague replies saying the case was “under review,” that they were “evaluating options,” and that I would hear back, without any concrete resolution.It felt like a lack of transparency, as if I was being kept waiting based on information they apparently had from the very beginning of the process. In the end, I was left with a product that fell apart over time and after-sales service that only prolonged the frustration. I expected much better quality and much more respect from a brand like Ralph Lauren.

Disappointed with the quality
The material quality of a Ralph Lauren men's knit hat made of acrylic or nylon left me feeling disappointed. The knits started breaking up.

Appalling customer service and no refund for returned item
Returned an item and more than 2 months later have received no communication from RL let alone a refund. Appalling customer service. Have sent 4 emails and have not even received acknowledgment of same. I will never buy from Ralph Lauren again.

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. No associates came to me and greeted me. There was a an employee there who also mocked us for looking in the women's sections instead of helping us find the men's section.
