Rakuren.com (USA) hasn't given me any issues so far – not even before the name change! And they've always given the correct cash back on time, which is great. I can't say anything about reaching out to them because I haven't needed to.

They often don't honor their own offers!
Wherever I referred a friend and they made a purchase RAKUTEN did not honor the bonus cash back offered.They also often don't issue cashback on big purchases despite their advertisement. It becomes a hassle going back and forth emailing them until one of ypu gives up!

I love getting that check in the mail
I love that when I buy items that qualify,on sale,that the item costs even less because I get that extra little bit back in a check from Rakuten.
