My exsperince wasn’t great
My exsperince wasn’t great. My most recent order did arrive. but the sandal which was delivered came in black. When indeed I, placed the order of receiving a BROWN Pair. When ordering it showed the brown sandal. I, was interested in the brown 0ne. Do I, placed the order. It didn’t stated that the brown was not available. That’s the problem I, have with this order. my reason of purchasing the brown. was due to a dress that I, had in activation of wearing with the dress. now I’m so disappointed about that. & not sure if I, will place an order with rainbow again. Unsatisfied customer 🤢

I made an online order that was plus size items. Items did not work out and went to return them in store @ Westgate Mall, Brockton,Ma . The sales associate said that she was not able to return the items because they do not sell plus size items.Per Order of the management What a disappointment because I will have to drive 30 minutes to store that carries plus sizes. I will definitely think twice before ordering again.

I usually always go to the rainbow shop…
I usually always go to the rainbow shop that’s in Spartanburg, South Carolina and let me tell you that the manager there is fantastic. She always goes above and beyond for me if I ever have an issue, should make sure that she corrects it so that I’m always gonna come back to her store just love it there because personal connection always means the most I mean actually I could spend my dollars anywhere, but when somebody goes and makes a friendly smile and is always wonderful then of course I’m gonna come back and I swear it’s all because of this manager

The items I purchased at Rainbow are by far the most quality, lasting and beautiful items I have ever purchased. Shoes, dresses, night gown, slippers and underwear and socks all for summer. Awesome collection at great summer wardrobe including sneakers!
