Quince problem solved by Aerial in Customer Service!
I wrote a review to Quince. Aerial was G R E A T. She was resourceful and fully helpful. Found another sweater to replace the one that I had sent to my son -- but it was left outside and not in the lobby -- and he never received it. Not only that -- but she was easy to understand and acted in a professional way.

I really like Quince’s Stress Support
I really like Quince’s Stress Support. I’ve done research trying to find another option with the same amounts of ingredients as theirs at a comparable price. Everything was 3-4 times more expensive. I can really pin only one reason why I like this product. I just know I feel more like the younger me and I’m not so jittery when I take it.

Happy to have found this company!
I'm a relatively new Quince customer and this was my first time needing customer service. I feel like that is always the "moment of truth" in your relation with a merchant is how they resolve problems. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Quince. Definitely going to keep shopping with this company. Very glad I found them!
