I loved Quicken until the communication…
I loved Quicken until the communication problem between Discover and Quicken stopped!I tried everything to fix but still have to enter all purchases manually into Quicken.All my other accounts work well.I bought a new computer and can’t use Quicken on it because something says I have “no accounts”! I also called about Discover program to no avail!

quicken is great, but I believe it could be upgraded to have more bells and whistles to enhance daily use.

Quicken remains the most buggy app I've EVER used
Quicken remains the singular most consistently buggy app I have ever used. Reconciled transactions inexplicably go missing, accounts set up for auto download lose their connections and then aren't recognized within Quicken when one tries to reconnect to their respective financial institutions, years old, arbitrary transactions are sometimes mysteriously created when lucky enough to reestablish download connectivity, drill down links often fail, etc. In short- concept great. Execution absolutely appalling.

I have been a quicken user for decades…
I have been a quicken user for decades and depend on it for tracking my expenses, investments and budgets.It has some problems with dealing with bond redemptions ( doesn't know that they occurred).Also, at times when an automatic payment is made, it will not show in the account.

I like it that you have agents…
I like it that you have agents available to help customers, rather than relying on robots to do "human" work. Also, I've used Quicken since 1991 and am totally sold on the products.
