Great facility, Tom was very helpful!
Came here on a day pass. The best puregym I have been to. Amazing facilities really nicely layed out. The glass windows let lots of natural light in which is nice. The manager was very helpful showing me round and he was very friendly.

Very Crowded at Peak Times
Gym is too crowded at peak times, the layout of the equipment on floor is NOT proper. (comparing it with other gyms in locality)There is not enough free space for body weight exercise/stretching etc.

KEEP AWAY FROM CLACTON
KEEP AWAY FROM CLACTON! They use a cowboy parking company. First week £70 fine. I emailed their customer services but they ignored me so now I go elsewhere. I was pretty upset with Pure Gym after two years they lost my business forever.

Good experience
Hey, just wanted to make a small but important observation about the gym in Canary Wharf. Today was my first visit to the gym in this area and I really liked the space, I just have to point out the poor quality of the gym benches which are very unstable and dangerous, not only for those performing the exercise but also for those around them, a bad decision and people could get hurt.This is the 7th gym in the group that I have visited and without a doubt replacing the benches with a better version as I have seen in other gyms in the group, like those from the Limehouse gym, would be an upgrade that would be highly valued by those who frequent the gym every day. Overall it was a good experience, thank you.

The gym is always clean and tidyI used to dread going to the gym, but Niamh completely changed my mindset. She has this amazing ability to push you to your limits while keeping the environment fun and supportive. They are incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely invested in their clients' success. If you're looking for a PT who actually cares, this is the one!
