I am writing a complaint against Puma. In August 2025, I bought children's sneakers and they broke. When I contacted the PUma service, they did not want to exchange the sneakers. They sent the same letter: send a photo and a receipt. I sent a photo and a receipt. And so 10 times, the same thing. Send a photo and a receipt. Do not buy Puma sneakers!!!! Poor quality sneakers. And Puma does not exchange them.

The sneakers are incredible comfortable however my only complaint is the massive cardboard paper bags that are distributed to customers that will throw it away when they return home. It's an absolute waste of environmental resources,money and production costs. There should be medium sized cardboard paper bags for customers purchasing less items. What do you mean I bought one boxed shoe and the bag is 3 x the size of the product its carrying. Completely and utterly wasteful.

I have a slipped disc and require trainers without laces. Memory foam trainers arent suitable. So I purchased a pair of Puma Speedcat Go trainers as they slipped on and I removed the cheap, thin laces. I'm usually a size 39 but had to purchase 39.5 as they're very short in length. I first wore them with thin invisible tootsies but my toes felt as though they were being crushed by concrete. I then wore them on 3 more occasions with thick socks but there was little improvement. I'll be selling them online!

These socks are poor quality, as they dont even stay on the heel. The elastic around the heel is very weak and slips.

Puma's warranty process is garbage. I filed claim #3177768 and they purposefully make the system a nightmare, burying you in loops and impossible requirements just to avoid standing by their products until you finally give up in frustration.Avoid this brand if you actually expect customer support.EDIT: Puma is lying in their response to me. Nobody reached out and they still refuse to honor the warranty.

Update 23/03/2026 - I have now been contacted to inform I have been issued a refund. Puma refuse to refund my money for an order I never received and they sent me some other crap instead. They refused to sent a replacement parcel for the items I paid for and never received. So I had to buy them again. Now I’m being told they won’t refund my money for the items they did not deliver because I have to go out of my way to refund a box of crap that isn’t mine. And keep calling it a return - it’s not a return refund if I never received the items I paid for!!! Disgusting scam behaviour. My items were over £100 and instead I received about £30 worth of utter rubbish. Why am I being inconvenienced for your mess up?!

I ordered a pair of Puma King Ultimate football boots and was really disappointed with the quality and the customer service. After only a short time, I noticed a defect where the sole plate started separating from the upper, which obviously shouldn’t happen on a brand-new pair of boots.I contacted Puma and arranged a return. They received the package and confirmed that I would get a refund within 10 business days. It’s now been 14 business days and I still haven’t received my refund or any update. For a major brand like Puma, this kind of product defect and slow refund process is unacceptable. Very frustrating experience and definitely not what I expected when buying premium boots.

Received a pair of men's track pants at Christmas time and finally in March decided to wear them. The ticket said large which is my size, so I tried them on. They didn't fit. I couldn't understand why. I checked the labels, the back label on the middle of the seam said large the side label on the left side near the pocket said large and then there was another label underneath the first label, black, with a different number. I went to Puma's website and entered the number and it was a medium.I contacted Puma Canada in Montreal, talked to an Antonio, and he instructed me to send an email to customer care, so I did with pictures of labels and item, and heard back from them that they received my email and will be in contact 48 hours later. Didn't hear anything from them. So I called again, and you wouldn't believe the BS I heard from the representative. There's nothing we can do for you unless you ordered from us. He also said that there are many cases ahead of mine. Doesn't say much for puma and their quality.I've been purchasing Puma track pants since 2010. They're my favorite. The comfortable, where well, and believe they are quality product; but their customer care team does not match the quality of their clothing. And now I'm starting to wonder about the quality of their clothing because of all of the cases that are before mine.I guess I'll stop wasting my time trying to solve this problem. It's like banging your head against a brick wall. Customer service does not exist with Puma, PERIOD.
