Fraudulent Cancellation Process
I canceled my membership in January and even emailed them to confirm it was canceled. I received an email back saying that yes, it was canceled. On March 18th I received an email and credit card charge renewing my membership. This company has no way to call them and you're forced to send an email or text and then wait "1-2 days for a response because they're so busy". I would never do business with them again!

Problem with a product purchased a few months ago
I had a problem with a product I ordered less than 6 months ago. It was resolved in a very timely and professional manner and to my complete satisfaction. I try to be pretty selective with my purchases, but sometimes things happen. And that is why customer service is very important! I recommend Public Goods 100%! 😊

I reached out to Public Good with a question on a Sunday. Not expecting any response for a few days, I was happily surprised when a response came in a few hrs. Margot answered rapidly & clearly. She gave me fabulous & friendly customer service. Public Goods not only has wonderful products but also great customer service.
