Terrible Customer Service
They were very difficult to work with and had poor communication throughout the entire process. The dress I ordered didn’t fit, so I requested an exchange for a different size. I sent the dress back as instructed and was told they would send the new size once they received it, which seemed reasonable.However, without notifying me, they switched my exchange to store credit instead of sending the replacement dress. I was expecting a simple exchange, not to have to reorder it myself. When I reached out to ask why this happened, they blamed me and said I didn’t follow the exchange process—even though I did everything they asked.It’s very upsetting to spend so much money and receive such poor customer service. I also find it odd that they don’t offer refunds, only store credit, especially for something like a dress that may not fit.Overall, I’m very disappointed. This was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company.

The dress was true to size
The dress was true to size. Was delivered as expected and the material was amazing. Would definitely buy from here again!!! 10/10 experience

I did have to wait about a month to…
I did have to wait about a month to receive the dress but luckily i placed my order esrly enough to where i did not have to worry if it would come on time or not. but the wait was worth it bc i absolutely LOVE my dress and i’m so excited to wear it to my senior prom!

Buyers beware
Not sure how they got such good reviews. I will never buy from the store again!. I think the dress we ordered was a knock off and not the actual design name. It looked nothing like the dresses from that company we saw in the store. Make sure to read the return policy. Even if you pay extra, it is only for the box and they will not refund. Wasted our money for a dress that nobody wants.

Update review
I ordered a dress February 13th 2026. It still not shipped. I have called, chatted and emailed to get an update on when it would ship. I get the same answer it will ship by March 27th. We need the dress by April 11th. No one seems to know anything else. So I can’t say anything about the quality of the product. I would NOT recommend this website This is an update. We received the dress early than we were supposed to. It is perfect. Great quality. Very wellMade
