Poor business practices
I ordered flowers 4 days before I needed them delivered and received a confirmation that they would be delivered on that date. The day that the flowers needed to be delivered, I received an email saying that the delivery was delayed but that the flowers would be delivered the following day. The next day I received another email saying that delivery was again delayed but the flowers would be delivered on the following business day. On the following business day the delivery was canceled when the florist still couldn't deliver. This never should have happened and is a sign of very poor business practices and a lack of commitment to customer service. If there wasn't a florist available in the location that the flowers were to be delivered, then I should have been told that when I ordered the flowers or immediately after, not days after the flowers were supposed to be delivered.

Terrible company and failed promises
I ordered flowers for my mother in law's birthday, paid extra for same day delivery. They said they cant delived them today( friday) ,She works at a school so they will not be delivered until Monday so 3 days later. I ask if I changed the address can they get delivered today the representative told me definitely! She changed the address and said no place can deliver them!! 83 dollars for nothing!!!

Disappointed- will not use again
Sent flowers to a friend whose sister had passed away. Flowers were very sparse. While the color scheme was correct and it had three roses, I could have done better stopping at the grocery store and paying $9.99 for a bouquet. These flowers cost me $98.56! They gave me a refund of $21.62.

They didn’t delivered the flowers when they should have, then i talked with them and they said they’d deliver on the next day and still nothing and no answer from them.

Grocery Store Flowers at Florist Prices
I ordered flowers for my Mother's birthday. We ordered the Premium disco Bouquet. The Bouquet features numerous flowers other than roses and presents itself as a nice bouquet. What arrived were 6 roses and some Chrysanthemums. None of the listed flowers was in the bouquet. I understand that they don't make these; however, they need to have some quality checks. This was not a $100 bouquet with shipping and handling. I would go local next time. Pro Flowers must farm these to whatever cheap florist they can use. The arrangements on their site have no relevance to what is delivered!

Absolute Scam!!
Absolute Scam!!! Arrived late!!!!Extremely disappointed. I ordered a “premium” bouquet and received something much smaller and completely different—honestly embarrassing to give as a gift.Substitutions are one thing, but this felt like a downgrade, not an equivalent. Customer service just repeated their policy instead of fixing the issue.

Ordering from Proflowers is like a Political Prromise
Ordering from Proflowers is like rolling the dice. You can't tell what will happen. They delivered my VDay order to the wrong house, and said that they would make it up with a delivery this week. Guess what? Looks like that make up was like a political promise (never happens).

It was not a good experience
It was not a good experience. Ordered the flowers to be delivered on my fiancé‘s birthday. I paid extra shipping and they still showed up a day late. On top of that several flowers are broken and the rest looked pitiful. I could’ve stopped at a convenient store on the way home and bought a better bouquet of flowers.

Do not order from ProFlowers!
I originally placed an order on Wednesday, March 11th for delivery on Friday, March 13th. The flowers were called Touch of Anemone Deluxe. I then received an email that the flowers are not in stock (but it is still on the website). So I called on Friday, 3/13, and spent over 45 minutes on the phone trying to get flowers delivered of equal value on the same day of 3/13 as these flowers are for family that had their father pass away. The customer service rep first answered the phone as “Flowers 4 U” and not ProFlowers. Then she informed me that there are no florists in San Francisco that can do same day flower delivery. The soonest that I could get flowers delivered were Tuesday, 3/17 which is not ideal as they would be delivered by courier. Then finally she said that she could refund me the order and transfer me to another agent to order flowers for same day delivery.I then spoke to another rep and she informed me to look on the website for flowers that are available for same day delivery, which still shows the Touch of Anemone. And then we proceeded to go through bouquet after bouquet of flowers that are on your website, but not available for same day delivery, and she kept telling me to go to the website to look for flowers. I finally found flowers that were available for same day delivery and I paid MORE than the original flowers. The Perfect Contentment, Exquisite size.The flowers received look NOTHING like the website. There were only 7 roses in the bouquet sent to our grieving family. The flowers were embarrassing and not worth the money. I paid almost $128. After this experience, I will not order from ProFlowers again. I am truly disappointed.

Funeral flowers
We ordered a funeral bundle for my mom’s funeral and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! The bundle included a casket spray a large vase, a basket, vase, and small vase.The services were in Redondo Beach, California, and whichever florist created the arrangements, did a fantastic job!I tried to contact pro flowers to find which local florist created the arrangements, but they were unable to provide the information. So coming on here to hopefully have the information get to that local florist.The bundle was a fraction of the cost compared to local florists that I researched individually. The arrangements exceeded my expectations and everyone commented on how beautiful they were. Thank you so much flowers for making my mom’s funeral beautiful with the surrounding flowers.!
