PriorityPasses easy access is rapidly…

PriorityPasses easy access is rapidly approaching the .. " why bother ? " to even search out these lounges and waste you're time ? The wait times are excessive almost always 1 hour or more , mediocre service and food , staff that don't bother to clear past guests dirty dishes or glassware and rude staff . I would NEVER bother to pay one cent for a membership that I could not easily access each and every time I wanted to - if this wasn't part of my premier travel card - I'm not sure how management can or will remedy the many many issues with member access but they need to do something stat !

No lounge now at Stansted airport for easyJet, Ryanair etc . So yet again a complete and utter waste of time having this service.

It is great to be used internationally

It is great to be used internationally. Most of the time in the US, when lounges are full of First Class members, Priority Pass members are denied access. It is somewhat annoying and sometimes I tend to think if it is even worth it. You are not considered a “priority” which is the irony of it all. Paying an annual fee for Reserve which they just raised to $795 annually makes you think.

Don't Waste Your Money

There are lounges and there are lounges.Priority Pass allows you access, among other locations, to Cibeles (Madrid) as well as Córdoba (Argentina). Whilst the former has a huge area, and wide selection of hot and cold food and drinks the latter offers a few seats, coffee machine, a few sandwiches and a fridge. See one of these places is worth paying to visit but the other really isn't, yet they are both deemed equal by PP.However at least I've gained access to both which is more than can be said for 4 of my last 6 flights when I've been refused entry due to "too many customers already visiting with pre-booking" (and additional advance fee)! The real low point however is trying to cancel your membership. I contacted PP to inform them i no longer wished to pay the 400 odd quid and was told that is no problem and your card is valid until the expiry date. 2 days later I received an email saying they were going to charge me for a new card.Fortunately I could see this happening and had already contacted my bank demanding they block any such attempt from Priority Pass to get money from me for a service I didn't want. And just as well, two days ago despite assurances to me this company tried to charge me £420. Thankfully my bank refused.Keep your money and use it to access the decent lounges available because these people are charlatans

Charged Without Consent – Priority Pass Failed Me

I had a very disappointing experience with Priority Pass at Prague Airport. Before entering the lounge, I specifically asked the reception staff to check my remaining entitlements, as my app clearly showed that I still had complimentary visits available. The staff member confirmed this and allowed entry for four of us.However, I was later charged £96 without my knowledge or consent. At no point did the staff inform me that this would be a paid visit, nor did they ask for any approval before charging me. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is that my Priority Pass app still shows that I have four free visits remaining, which raises serious concerns about how their system and partner lounges operate.I contacted customer service requesting a refund or at least a resolution, but I was completely ignored. No response, no support.Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, lack of staff training, and disappointing customer service. I expected much better from a service like Priority Pass.I would advise others to double-check and be cautious before using their lounges.

Not worth the membership.

I am once again reminded of why I canceled my Priority Pass membership.1. The pictures on the site are NOT this lounge. When we questioned if we were in the right place we were told, "It's because this lounge has changed" - to something far more basic and smaller.2. The 'bar' is a 3 shelf bookcase with 4 bottles on the bottom - cheap brown tequila, cheap brown rum, sauvignon blanc, and cheap whiskey. Middle shelf is glasses, top shelf is pretty standard liquors which are around $8. The back of the shelf is a mirror. The girl staffing the 'bar' didn't even look up from putting on mascara when I walked up, 5 minutes later my wife went over and said excuse me, because she was STILL working on her mascara, she told her "Drinks are 36000 COP". At present, 10 minutes later, she's working on her lipstick. This is the Walmart of lounges but you pay the same price as you would pay for membership to quality lounges.

Unexpected Charges!

I used Priority pass recently for a family trip to Mexico. The lounge service was great during departure. When we were in the airport for the return flight, I noticed a lounge that displayed the Priority Pass logo so I enquired with them whether it would be free for me and my family to use the lounge. We didn’t have long to wait so we weren’t particularly bothered if we couldn’t and I knew that you only got a certain amount of free visits so my wife and I agreed that if it was free then we would use it’s otherwise we would leave it. I enquired with the staff member at the entrance who assured me that it was completely free of charge. His English wasn’t the best so I confirmed this with one of his colleagues too, she confirmed the same. I was shocked to find that less than a week later I had been charged £24 for this visit.I reached out to PP customer service and they said their staff don’t know how many entitlements you are allowed so in this case it was a justified charge and they would not refund. I completely disagree with this decision. I understand the staff may not know, but then they should say so, rather than confirming it is free.

Rubbish service!!

Tried to book a lounge at Manchester airport. Loads of availability but the priority app keeps failing. Called them, they said they knew there was an issue, couldn’t say when it will be sorted and advised me to call the lounge to book directly at full price, awful service!!!!

App and customer service sub-standard

When querying an problem pre-booking a lounge at Manchester Airport using one of the free entitlements granted to me through my membership, I was advised by Priority Pass that there is a known issue booking lounges at the airport. They advised they were unable to book the lounge on my behalf and by way of a solution I should book directly with the lounge and pay the applicable fee. This is PAID service; how can that be viewed as an acceptable resolution?Additionally, the app and website are unfit for purpose. My app is stuck in a perpetual loop of sending me an authentication code, my typing it in, and then the app stating it needs to send me an authentication code to continue.

When everyone has lounge access, no one does. Most lounges refuse priority pass. And the ones that don’t are mediocre
