Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent! I was able to get a fast email response regarding my order, then again, able to modify my order. I got a phone call confirming my change and the order was shipped that day. I’ve been happy with every order. The primary arms optic and magnifier I bought are very high quality. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Fast delivery!
I was upgrading my AK, and they had all the parts I wanted to upgrade in stock! It dint take much time at all, maybe 3-5 business days.

Order pickup too slow
It’s a much slower process than I always expect. When there’s no background check involved, picking up a single item should take less than 20 minutes, but it never does. There’s got to be a way to pickup the pace behind the counter and in the warehouse. All the other retailers have figured it out. It’s time to make some changes.
