Priceline booked us into a hotel that was closed for renovations. When we arrived at the hotel after 10 hours of driving we had to find a new hotel. Priceline customer service was non existent. Priceline offered no refund for the difference it cost us for a new hotel. You may get a bargain price on a hotel with Priceline but if something goes wrong, expect nothing from this poorly run platform.

To book a flight via phone call is expensive than actually booking on the website it self. Some agents try to forced you to book flights they send to your email. When i booked on priceline in march they told me they were only 5 seats left. After I booked they were more than 5 seat available. They change the info on their website so customers will not have an option but to book the flight. I will not be booking with them again.

I don’t often leave reviews but the dissatisfaction of how we were treated compelled me to post the review. My family was traveling back from our family spring break. We had our layover flight canceled around midnight which left us scrambling for a place to sleep. I was not able to book a flight for the prior day (as it had just switched to the new saying it was midnight). I immediately realized the mistake and after several attempts of fully automated customer service I was able to get someone on the phone. Their response was a firm no. We cannot refund. I asked for an email to customer service it got the same thing. They said it was the hotels policy and nothing they could do. I know this not to be true as we travelled with another family who booked their room directly and was able to cancel with no problem. Not to mention their price was lower than what I paid. Needless I will NEVER use @Priceline.com again and caution anyone else considering. They have no clue what customers service is. Key my money now and never get another one. Good luck with this business model.

I booked a Ada accessible room in Biloxi, Mississippi for March 13, 2026; when I arrived the room was unavailable. I spent several hours and half a dozen calls to Priceline trying to get a refund. Three times a representative told me they would call back; never happened. On April 3rd I was told I would not receive my refund. Buyer beware!

My issue was that Priceline doesn’t provide you all the information that you need at the time of the check in at the hotel. Luckily we managed to resolve on our own, but the website should inform their guests every detail from the Hotel not only the confirmation. Don’t trust entirely in this website.

I was confused about some of the website info while trying to plan my trip. Luckily I found myself on a page with ability to call a representative for further assistance. I was fortunate that Dallas was the person who was there for me. He 'got me off the ledge' and explained everything I was confused about. He called me back when I needed to go to another source to finish paying for the tickets. Dallas not only helped me in this instance, but he was willing to remain in contact until everything was accomplished, and then followed up to ensure I had no other questions, supplying contact information in case I had any further questions. Dallas made you folks look good and deserves a positive note in his personnel files. The attitude with which a customer is left is predicated by the attitude with which a customer is met. Dallas is a positive in your organization and deserves recognition.

Booked online room for the crew while working near by hotel did not honor booking My workers were stranded with no place to stay after working a 10hour shift . Priceline would not refund purchase of rooms but fraud alart on my credit card did. avoid the hassle with these two clowns.

I am extremely disappointed with Priceline’s handling of a serious situation. My son and I both suffered an accident and are currently in casts, making it physically impossible for us to travel. Our flight is in just a few days, and I submitted medical documentation to support this.Despite this, Priceline has done nothing to resolve the issue. They continue to send me back and forth between themselves and the airline, avoiding responsibility and delaying any real action. This lack of urgency and compassion in the face of a medical emergency is unacceptable.I am requesting a refund due to our inability to travel, yet I have received no meaningful assistance.I expected far better customer service, especially in a situation involving documented medical issues. Very disappointing experience.

I booked a trip which I thought I was booking through the Hotel Website, only to find out when I went to modify or cancel, it was PRICELINE. I contacted the hotel to cancel and they said it was through PRICELINE. the Hotel refunded the money to PRICELINE (mind you, this trip was booked for a weekend trip that was to take in May, booked in March. PRICELINE REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY!! $1,100 FOR DOING NOTHING!!They say it is a penalty charge!! Totally unacceptable! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH PRICELINE!!!

Priceline needs to do better when the company cancels your flights!!!..I was stuck at the airport with no flight available my bday trip was ruined!!!..I will book through the company from this day going foward.#waste of time and money..I also booked a rental couldn't get my money back never again!!!!!
